Tip of the week: Fixing versus fixing AND protecting your home's foundation.
The thought that your home may have a foundation problem is a scary one. We understand. Your home's foundation is important. Unfortunately, the ground shifts, so every home over time will encounter settlement issues. In residential work, 100% of the time a customer calls us, it is because they have already noticed settlement problems. In working with customers, we offer them 2 options: 1- to fix only the current settlement issues or 2-to fix the current settlement issues and protect the rest of the house from inevitable settlement issues. Foundation repairs are not an inexpensive fix... Why would you want to both fix the current issues and protect the rest of the house? Great question.
