They communicated with us from start to finish, arrived on time and did the job quickly. We have no complaints! They evaluated the shifting that had occurred to our home and what had been done previously and made an affordable and reasonable recommendation. We spent about twice as much trying to fix the issue before we called them, with a company that had a "lifetime warranty." The work they did was of little help, and when they went out of business, we had no recourse.

Every interaction I had with Redeemers Group was positive. From my initial phone call, to Jay Daugherty coming out and providing an estimate, to Kenneth Jett and his team's two full days at my house. Kenneth and his team were very professional and paid attention to detail. He welcomed my questions and provided me with responses. Several times he invited me to come outside and watch what his team was doing and walked me through the process. Spending thousands of dollars to firm up my home's foundation can be quite nerve wracking, but Kenneth and his team helped to ease any anxiety I was feeling. I actually called on a day you were closed, Jan 2, 2017 but Susan called me back within minutes and scheduled the appointment. Nick was wonderful. I had so many questions and he patiently answered everyone. He made me feel like he had all the time in the world and truly wanted me to understand the problem and what needed to be done to fix. Nick Roberson is a great asset to your company.

Mike Rutter was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into a sale. Joe Cook and his crew were very thorough, friendly, courteous, and did an excellent job
