Jay Daugherty

Hi! I'm Jay. I spent many years in customer focused roles in the medical and retail industries prior to joining the Redeemers Group team. I loved the ability to help the people I was serving, whether it be patients or customers. My experiences in working with customers ultimately led to my joining the Redeemers Group team several years ago.

In my role as a System Design Specialist, I meet with home and business owners who are experiencing problems with their property's foundation, crawl space, basement, or concrete settling, assessing the problems, and presenting an appropriate and permanent solution.

When I am not helping my customers permanently solve the issues they're experiencing in their homes, you will find me one of many places: at Grizzlies or Tigers games, on the lake, at the gym, golng, or possibly playing softball. I am a University of Memphis graduate, and I proudly cheer on the Tigers.
