As a Human Resources Administrator for Redeemers Group, you’ll lead and manage the administrative HR aspects of our company.  This means you will be responsible for benefits administration,  HR data, record-keeping, and more. All while not having to worry about recruitment or payroll! You will ensure that each day your team has a remarkable HR experience by connecting them with solutions from our library of employee benefits and assistance programs, and continue to foster an environment of trust in which employees know their issues are being taken care of in a timely and compassionate manner. While HR experience is necessary for this role, no specific construction experience is necessary; we’ll provide you with all the training and tools you need to expertly and confidently do your work.

So, you can be successful in the role, here’s what we need from you.

• Strong knowledge of HR administrative principles, practices, and platforms.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred and 2+ years of experience in HR administrative work OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
• Skill in and ability to operate a personal computer and programs.
• Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on computer screen 75-100% of time.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
•  Ability to understand and communicate in Spanish preferred
•  Ability to exert up to 10 lb. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects, maintaining a stationary position most of the time.
