One of the first components of this project was to install a SmartSump pump system The SmartSump™ comes equipped with a cast-iron Zoeller® primary pump with the option of adding an UltraSump® Battery Backup Sump Pump. This sump pump is designed to fit with the CleanSpace® liner and has a sump alarm to ensure you always are aware of any water in your crawl space
Install SaniDry CX Air System to keep humidity low. The SaniDry Sedona offers giant performance in a small package. It's the world's most efficient, high-performance dehumidifier, without a bulky heat exchange core. The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency ENERGY STAR® certified dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
We also installed the CleanSpace® System which separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry. With a 25-year warranty against rips and tears, this durable 20-mil poly-reinforced crawl space liner converts your crawl space into a usable storage area. And with its mold-resistant additive "UltraFresh", CleanSpace® will never support mildew or mold growth on its surface.
Finally, we installed our EverLast™ Crawl Space Door. The doors are created with ½" thick solid plastic, and they will never rust, rot, or need paint. Sturdy knobs allow for easy access and ensure a tight seal for many years to come.
Boyd is more than happy with the finished product and Redeemers Group is more than happy to help.

Donald K. noticed that the concrete in his backyard was extremely uneven. This issue had only worsened because of the weather. Donald gave Redeemers Group a call and we were more than happy to help Donald with this issue.
We installed the PolyLevel® system which uses high-density polyurethane expanding foam to raise settled concrete foundations and slabs. The state-of-the-art polymer injection is a fast-acting, affordable alternative to mudjacking and concrete slab replacement.
Installers use specially-designed equipment to inject structural-grade polymer into penny-sized holes bored in the slab. After the void underneath the concrete slab is filled, the expanding foam will lift and level the slab. PolyLevel® is a quick-curing solution and the polymer is waterproof and will never wash away.
We are more than happy that we are able to help Donald. Now, Donald's backyard is comepleted leveled and there are no hazards!
Patricia H. from Jonesboro, AR was noticing cracks in her walls and water invading the crawl space under her home. Her foundation was settling. She worried about further crawl space support issues and the dangers that come with these problems. Patricia was also concerned about moisture, hazardous mold, and lingering odors that prolonged moisture can cause. With these fears in mind, she called upon Redeemers Group.
Our Inspector, Kurt, promptly arrived at Patricia’s house eager to help her assess what was causing these problems. What he discovered in the crawl space confirmed Patricia’s fears. The settling foundation had caused significant damage to the structure of her home. There were broken joists and damaged beams, but Kurt assured Patricia that she was in good hands, and that he knew exactly how to solve these problems.
After Kurt offered her the appropriate and permanent solutions, she agreed that this needed to be done swiftly. It was time for Luis and his crew to come in and get to work. The crew installed our SmartJackTM System in her crawl space to stabilize and support the structure, focusing on the dining room through to the living room. Then, they needed to sister two joists that were broken under the dining room and a room to the front of the house. Finally, they replaced a small section of the main beam under the kitchen area.
The service that Kurt, Luis and the team provided gave Patricia a permanent solution to her structural issues. She can be confident that she lives in a home that is structurally safe and sound; that is our promise to homeowners. The team at Redeemers Group are proud to have served Patricia and provide her with a remarkable experience.
Foundation Settlement Signs: Brick Separation, Drywall Damage, and Floor Cracks
A homeowner called Redeemers Group after noticing serious signs of foundation settlement, including cracks in the brick wall, cracks inside the home, damaged sheetrock, and cracking floors. The home was built into the side of a hill, which made drainage and soil pressure especially important concerns. During the foundation inspection, the team found measurable settlement along the north and east walls, including up to a 2 1/4-inch drop along the north wall and a 1 3/4-inch drop along the east wall. The homeowner wanted peace of mind, protection for the home’s property value, and confidence that the foundation would not continue to settle.
Foundation Pier Installation to Stabilize the North and East Walls
The homeowner chose a foundation stabilization plan that included 22 foundation piers starting near the garage door on the east wall and wrapping around the entire north wall. Before installation, the homeowner planned to have the back deck removed so the crew could access the work area properly. The team excavated pier locations around the affected walls, with holes ranging from about 3 feet deep to 5–6 feet deep as the grade changed up the slope of the house. The crew pushed most piers to 5,000 psi, with several locations requiring 8–12 sections of pipe due to the hard, rocky clay soil. While the project did not produce a noticeable lift, the system was installed to stabilize the foundation and help stop further settlement.
Why Proper Foundation Stabilization and Drainage Matter
This project showed why foundation repair for hillside homes must address more than visible cracks. The soil around the home was very hard and rocky with clay, and the footer was strong and deep, but poor drainage was allowing water to pool near the foundation. That water buildup can create hydrostatic pressure against basement and slab foundation walls, increasing the risk of movement, cracking, and long-term structural stress. The crew also completed slight brick stitching at the cracks to improve the finished repair and homeowner satisfaction. Because water management remained a concern, the team recommended involving a landscaper to improve drainage and noted that additional protection could be considered in the future for other sides of the home.

Sagging Floors and Crawl Space Settlement on the North Side of the Home
Antonio “Tony” needed crawl space structural repairs after the north side of his Brookland, AR home had settled and caused noticeable floor sagging. He had purchased the home two years earlier and planned to stay long-term, so getting the floors back to relative level mattered for comfort, peace of mind, and protecting the home’s property value. During the crawl space inspection, the floor joist system showed signs of high moisture, but the wood still had good overall stability, with only two small areas recommended for wood repair near the back door area and the northwest corner of the home.
SmartJack Crawl Space Support System Installed for Corrective Lift
To address the settling floors, the Redeemers Group team installed a SmartJack crawl space support system along the north side of the home, extending from the northwest corner back toward the area behind the garage. The repair included approximately 40 feet of supplemental beam and eight SmartJacks to help lift and stabilize the sagging floor system. Four additional SmartJacks were also installed directly beneath the main east-to-west beam in the middle of the crawl space where settlement had occurred between the existing pillars. Before installation, Tony was advised to have copper plumbing lines moved for proper clearance so the supplemental beam could be installed correctly.
Why SmartJacks and Moisture Protection Mattered for Long-Term Crawl Space Repair
This crawl space repair was important because sagging floor joists and settling support beams typically worsen when structural support and crawl space moisture are not addressed. The crew dug the required 2-foot by 2-foot by 2-foot SmartJack footings, followed the engineered project design, and completed multiple walkthroughs with Tony throughout the installation. The SmartJack system successfully provided lift and stabilization, and Tony was impressed by the improvement in his floors and the added stability for his home. While moisture protection options such as crawl space encapsulation and LumberKote were recommended to help protect the wood long-term, Tony chose to complete the structural repair first and planned to revisit moisture control within the next year or two.
