Soil Erosion Beneath the Driveway Threatened Concrete Stability and Property Value

Eric W. of Oakland, Tennessee contacted our team after soil erosion began creating a large void beneath the driveway near the walkway and garage area. Over time, water runoff had washed away supporting soil underneath the concrete, causing sections of the driveway to settle and creating concerns about long-term stability.
