Job Stories From Lonoke County, AR
Dirty Crawl Space in Cabot, AR
Duane M. had noticed that the crawl space in his home was moist and he was worried that the moisture would affect his home. Redeemers Group came in and offered Duane and his family a great solution to their crawl space issues.
One of the main components of the crawl space solution included the installation of the SuperSump® sump pump and the CleanSpace® System. Both systems are essential to keeping any basement or crawlspace dry. The SuperSump® pump system is specifically designed to handle the amount of water that a basement collects during heavy rains. It can pump 2220 gallons per hour at an 8-foot discharge head quietly and efficiently.
The CleanSpace® System separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry. With a 25-year warranty against rips and tears, this durable 20-milpoly-reinforced crawl space liner converts your crawl space into a usable storage area. And with its mold-resistant additive "UltraFresh", CleanSpace® will never support mildew or mold growth on its surface.
Foundation Issues in Austin, AR
Barry W. was about to sell his home when he noticed cracks forming on the walls of the home. He knew that this was a sign of a foundation issue and that this would have to be resolved before he sold the house. He gave us a call and Redeemers Group was more than happy to help Barry.
To resolve this issue, we installed slab piers that started in the kitchen and wrapped around to the Master bedroom/bathroom. Installing piers will support the foundation of the home. When soils are unable to bear the load of the structure on top of it, that structure must sink downwards into the ground. This is true with homes, concrete floors, chimneys, and many other structures.
We also installed the PolyLeve®l system which uses high-density polyurethane expanding foam to raise settled concrete foundations and slabs. The state-of-the-art polymer injection is a fast-acting, affordable alternative to mudjacking and concrete slab replacement.
Installers use specially-designed equipment to inject structural-grade polymer into penny-sized holes bored in the slab. After the void underneath the concrete slab is filled, the expanding foam will lift and level the slab. PolyLevel® is a quick-curing solution and the polymer is waterproof and will never wash away.
By installing these systems, we were able to help Barry sell his home at an increased value.
Sinking Floors in England, AR
Our customer, Reene H, noticed that her floor was sinking in one part of the home. Redeemers Group was more than happy to help with this! To solve this issue, we used our SmartJack® system.
The system supports loads of more than 60,000lbs. The SmartJack® system provides solid support for sagging and undersized beams, restoring stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space.
Once installed in your crawl space, SmartJack® supports can correct problems such as sloping and overly springy floors, interior wall cracks, and out-of-level level door frames.

Concrete Driveway Leveled and Stabilized with PolyLevel in Cabot, AR
Wendy H. of Cabot, AR reached out to us with concerns about her sinking and cracking driveway. The left side of her 45x16 concrete slab had dropped approximately half an inch, and several large cracks had formed along the surface. The adjacent walkway, measuring 4x30, had also settled in the middle, creating a pooling effect during rainfall. These issues were not only unsightly but were also contributing to ongoing delamination and staining. Our inspection revealed that the combination of soil erosion and the weight of vehicles had compromised the integrity of the concrete over time.
To address the problem quickly and effectively—especially with Wendy preparing to sell the home within a month—we recommended a three-step solution. PolyLevel® foam injection would be used to lift and stabilize the sunken sections of both the driveway and walkway. NexusPro® joint and crack sealant was advised to prevent water infiltration and future cracking, and SealantPro® was recommended to protect the entire concrete surface from future staining and delamination. Wendy was fully committed to the lifting and leveling but chose to defer the sealing work due to the upcoming home sale.
We proceeded with the PolyLevel application, successfully lifting and leveling the affected concrete areas, restoring curb appeal and eliminating tripping hazards. This fast, minimally invasive solution not only improved the safety and appearance of the property but also added value as Wendy prepared to put her home on the market. The project was completed quickly, allowing her to move forward with confidence.
