Dale S. had started noticing that mold was forming inside his home. They were sure that this mold and the pests were coming from their wet crawl space. The crawl space also needed a secured entry way. Redeemers Group came in and offered the family a permanent solution to their crawl space issues.
One of the main components of their solution included the installation of a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. It easily fits in small crawl spaces yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. As a high-efficiency ENERGY STAR® certified dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
There’s no doubt that Dale S. can now enjoy a dry, healthy basement and crawl space. Redeemers Group is pleased that we could solve Dale’s crawl space problems in Atoka, TN!
James N. had noticed that the crawl space in his home was moist and he was worried that the moisture would affect his home. Redeemers Group came in and offered James and his family a great solution to their crawl space issues.
One of the main components of the crawl space solution included the installation of the SumerSump® sump pump and the CleanSpace® System. Both of these systems are essential to keeping any basement or crawlspace dry. The SuperSump® pump system is specifically designed to handle the amount of water that a basement collects during heavy rains. It can pump 2220 gallons per hour at an 8-foot discharge head quietly and efficiently.
The CleanSpace® System separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry. With a 25-year warranty against rips and tears, this durable 20-milpoly-reinforced crawl space liner converts your crawl space into a usable storage area. And with its mold-resistant additive "UltraFresh", CleanSpace® will never support mildew or mold growth on its surface.
Larry C. and his family have a huge basement, however, they noticed that there was mold and moisture. This was affecting all the items that were stored in the basement and the overall health of the family. Larry called Redeemers Group to help them resolve their moldy basement issue.
The major components of the solution is to dehumidify the basement ® and the BrightWall® system. BrightWall® is a 100% waterproof rigid plastic paneling for unfinished basement walls. It's durable, washable, and will not support the growth of mold or rot. Installed along with our BrightPost™ padded column wrap, it transforms your basement into a bright, beautiful space for decades to come!
There’s no doubt that Larry C. can now enjoy a dry and healthy basement. Redeemers Group is pleased that we could solve Larry’s crawl space problems in Mason, TN!
Lucy S. had noticed cracked foundation and doors and windows that were not closing. Lucy tried to search for solutions to this problem, but nothing seemed to work. Redeemers Group was more than happy to help her and her family resolve this issue.
To solve their foundation settlement issue, Redeemers Group installed slab piers and performed a lift procedure on the home. Piers can solve settlement problems by transferring a structure's weight to strong, competent supporting soils at greater depth. Piers can effectively stabilize a settling structure and can even provide jacking points to lift the structure upwards to its original, level position.
Now, Lucy will be able to enjoy her home knowing that their foundation issues are repaired.
This customer had a very flooded crawl space. In fact, the first day out on the job had to be spent completely pumping out the water! We removed the water, then returned to install a full drainage system to move water out from the crawl space and far out away from the home. This all begins with the sump pump that pulls water that enters the crawl space into a drainage line that forces the water way out into the yard and away from the home where, if left unchecked, would do major damage to the house over time.
Luckily this customer called us to solve the flooding before things got out of control. Have you called your local waterproofing and foundation experts to help you? Don't wait, flooded crawl spaces will only get worse with time!
This homeowner noticed a small crack in his garage when he first moved in three years ago. His home was newly built, so he figured it was due to settling, and everyone told him that it was normal and "houses settle all the time, even newly-built homes."
But, as the snow and rains came and went, he notice the crack getting bigger, and now new ones were appearing.
He did the smart thing, and called his local concrete repair company and asked us to take a look. Our System Design Specialist came out and correctly diagnosed the issue: water was seeping under his concrete slab and causing voids to form, which in turn was leading to his concrete sinking and cracking.
Luckily, he had called in time; Redeemers Group was able to stabilize the garage slab by injecting a proprietary polymer foam. Once the slab was stabilized, we sealed the joints to close the crack AND to make sure no more water got in and disrupted the soil beneath the slab. The homeowner was so grateful, he went on to trust the concrete experts, and asked for preventative sealing of all his existing concrete to ensure he never had to deal with cracking or settling again!
Corey C. of Munford, TN, an active-duty military member, contacted us to address serious moisture issues in the basement located beneath his garage. After living in the home for a couple of years, Corey noticed that the space resembled a rainforest—damp, humid, and occasionally plagued by standing water. White fuzzy mold had begun to grow on the drywall near the staircase, raising health and structural concerns. With plans to transform the area into a functional cellar, Corey needed a lasting waterproofing solution.
To eliminate moisture and reclaim the basement, we implemented a two-stage waterproofing system along the CMU block wall perimeter. A high-capacity sump pump was installed beneath the staircase, paired with a professional-grade dehumidifier to control humidity levels year-round. We lined the 8-foot-tall walls with CleanSpace® wall vapor barrier, creating a sealed, mold-resistant environment. As part of the installation, the original stairs were removed—something Corey had anticipated, as he plans to replace them with custom steel stairs that accommodate the new discharge line routing.
Because the staircase begins at grade level, we designed the discharge line to exit above the stair platform and continue through the adjacent concrete sidewalk, extending just a few feet beyond it for optimal drainage. Corey’s proactive planning and our waterproofing expertise have set the stage for a complete basement transformation. If your basement feels more like a swamp than a storage space, contact us today to schedule a free waterproofing evaluation and reclaim your home’s potential.
Polly and Jimmy S. of Drummonds, TN had been living with a significantly settled area in the southeast corner of their driveway near the garage. In addition to the uneven surface, there were numerous cracks and worn control joints, making the area not only unsightly but also vulnerable to further damage. Recognizing the value in protecting their investment, they reached out to us for a complete concrete repair and protection solution across multiple areas of their property.
Our team deployed a full three-part concrete protection system for the driveway and front walkway. First, we used PolyLevel® to lift and level the sunken sections. Next, we sealed all control joints and cracks with NexusPro® to prevent water intrusion. Finally, we power washed the concrete surfaces and applied our high-performance SealantPro® to enhance appearance and durability. For the garage and enclosed back patio, we implemented our two-part concrete stabilization system, ensuring all interior cracks in the garage were properly sealed and the back patio was stabilized for long-term support. We took precautions on the patio to help direct the PolyLevel foam and ensure even distribution beneath the slab.
Thanks to this tailored approach, Polly and Jimmy now enjoy a smooth, safe, and protected concrete surface across their home exterior. Their property not only looks refreshed but is now fortified against future settlement and damage. If your driveway, walkway, or garage is showing signs of wear or settlement, contact us today for a free concrete inspection. Don’t wait until minor cracks become major repairs—protect your home with the proven experts.
Uneven Floors and Termite Damage in a 1960s Home
When Mary M. and her husband purchased their 1968 Covington, TN home, they quickly realized that many issues had been hidden during a flip. Over time, they noticed the floors becoming uneven, especially in their son’s bedroom where the floor gave way when walked across. As first-time homeowners planning to stay at least 10 years, they knew the problems would only get worse if left unaddressed. A closer crawl space inspection revealed severe termite damage to a main support beam, which was causing the sagging floors and threatening the long-term safety of the home.
Sagging Floor Repair and Crawl Space Reinforcement
To restore stability, our team replaced 10 feet of the rotted main beam supporting the load-bearing wall between the living and dining rooms. We also installed a 10-foot supplemental beam and two SmartJack® supports to permanently stabilize the floors in their son’s bedroom. In addition, a 12-foot floor joist was sistered to reinforce weakened wood, and the entire area was treated with LumberKote for added protection. The crawl space repair solutions available through Redeemers Group made it possible to complete the work efficiently, thanks to over two feet of clearance in the crawl space. Immediately after installation, the homeowners noticed a dramatic improvement—floors felt solid, level, and no longer sagged underfoot.
Protecting the Home for the Future
This project not only corrected the immediate structural issues but also safeguarded the family’s home for years to come. With a new baby on the way, Mary and her husband gained peace of mind knowing their home was safe and stable. We also recommended additional services to protect their investment, including chimney stabilization, a full crawl space encapsulation to control moisture, and future bathroom renovations to address hidden structural concerns. By choosing professional foundation repair, the homeowners ensured their property’s value, safety, and comfort for the future.
If you’re in Covington or the greater Memphis area and notice sagging floors, bouncy joists, or termite damage, don’t wait for the problem to get worse. Schedule your free crawl space inspection today and let our experts design a lasting solution to protect your home and family.
Foundation Settlement in Atoka, TN Caused Cracking and Floor Sagging
In 2016, Carmen D. of Atoka, Tennessee, noticed serious signs of foundation settlement in her home. Cracks had begun to form in the drywall, and the floors were uneven in the back right corner. Though she couldn’t move forward with repairs at the time, the issue persisted over the years. As she prepared for major home improvements, including remodeling and roofing, Carmen knew she needed to address the foundation first. Our inspection revealed renewed settlement at the same corner and additional sagging beneath the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom—clear indicators of ongoing structural stress.
Professional Foundation Repair Using Piers and SmartJack Support Systems
Our inspection identified that the main beam running through the center of the home had begun to sag over failing piers. To correct this, Redeemers Group installed a series of foundation piers along the back right corner of the home to stabilize and gently lift the settled area. Under the central beam, we added SmartJack crawl space supports—adjustable steel columns engineered to transfer the load to stable soil layers. This system relieved pressure from the weakened piers and restored structural balance throughout the home. Carmen selected this targeted foundation repair solution for both effectiveness and cost efficiency.
Long-Term Results from Proven Foundation Stabilization Methods
By combining piering and SmartJack technology, our team reinforced the home’s weakest points and lifted key areas back to their original position. These foundation stabilization methods not only corrected visible settlement but also prevented future structural movement that could compromise walls, floors, and plumbing lines. Addressing foundation issues before remodeling protected Carmen’s investment and extended her home’s lifespan for years to come.
If you live in Atoka or the greater Memphis area and notice cracks in your walls, uneven floors, or sticking doors, don’t wait until repairs become more costly. Contact Redeemers Group today for a free foundation inspection and learn how our SmartJack and pier systems can permanently stabilize your home.
