Jacob Pratt

Meet Pratt—one of those team members who brings grit, heart, and a whole lot of hands-on experience to the job. A fan of good old hard-copy books, Pratt is originally from Bryant and now calls Sheridan home.

Family is a big part of Pratt’s world. He’s a proud dad of five and spends much of his free time playing with his kids, heading out hunting, or catfishing when he gets the chance. When snack time rolls around, banana pudding is his go-to comfort treat, and Sour Patch Kids are his candy of choice.

Professionally, Pratt brings a strong background in concrete and excavating work, along with valuable certifications including CPR, OSHA 10, and MIG and stick welding. He joined the team looking for a long-term, weather-proof career—and we’re glad he found it here.
