Jamal (Mal) Pearson

Jamal, also known as Mal, currently lives in Memphis and is originally from Marion, AR. He’s a proud parent of two energetic kids and shares life with his fiancée. Family means everything to Jamal, and his kids keep him moving and motivated every day.

Jamal brings hands-on experience in preventative maintenance and a strong work ethic to Redeemers Group. He was drawn to Redeemers because of the variety of work, the opportunity to learn new skills, and the room for long-term growth. He’s not afraid to get his hands dirty, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in doing quality work.

What Jamal loves most is working directly with customers and being part of something that truly makes a difference. In his previous role, his favorite part of the job was seeing the smiles on customers’ faces after they trusted him with their vehicle — and he brings that same customer-first mindset to Redeemers Group.
