Wes is originally from Tupelo, Mississippi and currently lives in Southaven. He has grown to love the Desoto County area and can truly see himself putting down roots — building a home and raising a family there.
Family is incredibly important to Wes. He comes from a close-knit group, with both of his parents still living and three siblings — Anna, Kirk, and Kate — who all have strong professional careers of their own. The siblings are just two years apart in age and remain extremely close. Wes also enjoys being an uncle to three nephews and two nieces, and he credits his family for shaping the values and work ethic he brings to Redeemers Group.
Wes brings a well-rounded background that includes OSHA workplace safety training, customer service and communication training, preventative maintenance and basic repair training, forklift certification, and conflict resolution/de-escalation experience. His skillset reflects both technical ability and strong people skills.
After his first conversation with our recruiter, Wes knew this opportunity was something special. He was impressed by the company’s professionalism, values, and reputation. Following his in-person interview, he realized this wasn’t just another job — it was a career. He joined Redeemers Group excited about the opportunity to grow, contribute, and be part of a successful business with an outstanding reputation.
