FIX IT THE RIGHT WAY: PART 1. A LETTER FROM OUR OWNER.

"I think it is important that you know my personal motivations for leading this business.  My parents were public servants (a teacher and an administrator) who worked hard to provide a comfortable life for our family.  We grew up on a small family farm in Gallatin, Tennessee. While in high school my parents hired a contractor to build an addition onto our house.  They gave the builder a deposit and anxiously awaited the completed renovations. 

Several weeks passed by with little change, even though he "worked" at the home off and on for most of that time.  He continued to ask for more money with little to show for his efforts. 

Ultimately, he left town with thousands of dollars of my parent’s money. 

They were very upset, and did not know what to do or where to turn.  They called a licensed builder who completed the job, for additional money of course.  That experience deeply affected me. I witnessed good, trustworthy people being taken advantage of.  Years later when I began this business, it motivated me then and now to deliver results that are clear and impressive.  When you meet a member of our team, they know and share this important vision.

We need to be clear with our customers, to be excited to deliver permanent solutions, and leave each customer confident they have called the right place.  We look forward to hearing you say "we are so glad we called Redeemers Group!"
