Each year, the leadership team awards 4 internal awards to team members that embody their meaning. The larger our team grows, the harder it is to arrive at a consensus of who the best fit for each is. We are blessed to have a team that is full of redefiners; people who care about not just what we do, but why we do it: to redefine our industry for our customers, employees, and dealers we work with.
The Most Improved award goes to the team member that the leadership team believes has progressed the most in their roll from when they started to present day. While every team member works hard throughout the year to grow in their role, there are usually standouts as to who has improved the most in all aspects of their role- tactically and personally. Our winner for this year has truly come out of his shell and become a leader in the production dept. The 2017 Most Improved award goes to DALTON COLE.
The HOPE award stands for "harboring optimism produces excellence." The recipient is a team member who rolls with the punches with the everyday ups and downs that come with our work life. There are days that are easier than others; days where sales close easier and installs go more smoothly. And there are days or even weeks that we don’t close sales and we encounter things on the job that make it more difficult that we hoped it would be. It’s how we respond to those peaks and valleys and keep pushing through what we encounter. This year’s HOPE winner most certainly embodies that. The 2017 HOPE award goes to MIKE RUTTER.
The GROW award is for a team member that has been an excellent student of his/her work; fully accomplishing the tasks required and with great proficiency. This year’s winner is someone whom we all can look to demonstrate a superior work ethic, efficiency, attitude, willingness, and so on. We know that redefining experiences is happening daily when this person is on the job. The 2017 GROW award goes to DYLAN HAUSINGER.
The Rising Star award goes to the employee that the leadership team unanimously believes is an up and coming leader in his/her department. He/She is someone who consistently aims to perform at a high level and push their team members to do so as well. When we think of our purpose to redefine our industry, creating remarkable experiences for our customers is a huge part of that. This year’s winner executes that every single day, and the feedback we have gotten about this person is simply awesome. The 2017 Rising Star has been awarded to TYLER TALLENT.
