Growing our Leadership Team with leaps and bounds!

While this summer has been jammed packed for the Redeemer’s, it has also been a summer of growth! Our team is always expanding and transforming so we have had quite a few new additions! We have grown leaps and bounds in a short time, and opportunities to add to our leadership team are a great blessing.

One of those major additions would be Taylor Day, our production manager. He joins our team with a wide variety of experience in hydraulic power systems, maintenance supervision, and mechanical systems. Taylor handles the coordination, communication, training, and job execution of our production teams, making sure each job gets completed in not only a timely manner, but that they are also done correctly and up to our Redeemer’s high standards!! We are so excited to have Taylor on our management team!

We also had a recent promotion to our leadership team as well. Ashley Taylor, previously our Service Customer Care Specialist, has since been promoted to Customer Care Manager. Customer Care has been a growing and evolving department, and Ashley’s new position allow her to have a focused effort on training, coaching, and creating remarkable experiences for our customers will propel us forward the way we need to!
