Last week, part of our team went to SupportWorks, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, for training! Supportworks designs, manufactures and supplies products to contracting companies across North America, through two divisions: foundation repair and concrete protection and repair.
Bob Werner and Cheryl Rusk represented our accounting department, while Margarette Edwards represented customer care. Clint Cooper also went to training! When asked about their experiences, I received nothing but positive feedback. Bob said, “Training was awesome!! It was very informative and very appropriate for each department. Our team received the exact training we needed. They have an awesome team up there in Omaha!”. Cheryl, also in the accounting department, said “My learning experience was like I was on a journey. The journey started where the learning began and ends as I become successful. My journey isn't learning more, it's about what I do. To work with the best of the best and learn from them is an honor and privilege. I have met some of the most wonderful people, not only at Supportworks, but from people all over the US that are in our industry. They were not only encouraging but most helpful in implementing ways to be more efficient and making what we do so enjoyable. It was one of the most memorable training sessions that I have or ever will attend.” Margarette, with our customer care team, trained primarily with Jenny. When asked about training, Margarette said, “Training was great!!I was mostly with Jenny, who was awesome about training and was extremely informative on how to be engaging and informing to customers when we reach them on the phone. She was very detailed and had great tips and tricks!!” Our last training quote comes from our owner, Clint Cooper. While you would think he would dread yet another training session, since he’s attended numerous ones and knows just about everything there is to know about Redeemers, his reaction was the complete opposite! Clint said, “Even after years of these training courses, there’s still so much to learn, so it’s always a great experience!”
We are so excited that our team got to experience such an informative and exciting training experience which will lead to an even more successful REDEFINING of our industry!
