What to Expect When You're Expecting... An Inspection!

   So, you realize that foundation, concrete, or crawlspace problem isn’t getting any better any time soon. You gave Redeemers Group a call for one of our free inspections, received all the over-the-phone information we gave, and are excitedly awaiting your inspection!! You might ask yourself, “what’s next?” Here’s a guide for what to expect when you’re expecting (an inspection that is)!!

 1.        Be expecting your confirmation call and email!

After you have scheduled your inspection, you should receive a confirmation email from Redeemers Group. A day to two days before your inspection, your System Design Specialist will be giving you a call to confirm the inspection is still good to go, as well as introduce himself, so you feel more comfortable with him coming to your home!

 2.       Keep an eye out for your pre-mailer pack in your mailbox!

We also like to mail out a pre-mailer pack! This pack will include a small booklet, which serves as light reading material for you! Each booklet will be centered on the type of inspection you are having done, as well as reading material on Redeemers Group and who we are!

 3.       Try to have BOTH homeowners present for the inspection!

We do ask to try and have both homeowners (spouses, parents, etc.) present for the inspection, so we can properly deliver all information correctly the first time! We don’t want to there to be any lack of communication or misinterpretation of information. The easiest way to avoid this will be to have any and all decision makers present at the inspection!

4.       Check out our website!!

We have tons of great information on our website, www.redeemersgroup.com. There is information on all types of problems that we offer solutions to, in addition to countless jobsite pictures. We also have a “meet the team” section, where you can read bios on all our team members, as well as see their pictures!

5.       Don’t be hesitant to reach back out to our office!

If you have any questions regarding your inspection, the products we offer, or any scheduling matters, definitely reach back out! Our customer care department is happy to serve and answer any questions that may arise.  We know how scary these problems can seem to a home owner, and Redeemers Group is here to make this process as easy and stress-free as possible!!
