What the Heck is EOS?

For this week’s blog post, we’re going inside the office to see what’s happening with our office team!

While we’re always growing as team, we’ve recently been focusing more on how to better the team we already have! One way we have been working collectively towards this goal is with a weekly book club! Every Wednesday morning all our office and leadership teams meet and discuss a chapter from a selected book. The book we’re currently focusing on is What the Heck is EOS?  This book is designed to engage employees in the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) process and tools. It uses simple, straightforward language and provides questions about each tool for managers and employees to discuss, creating more ownership and buy-in at every level.

After reading this book, our team will have a better understanding of EOS, be more engaged, and take active roles in helping to achieve our company’s visions! It’s exciting to see how each member of our team not only reads the chapter, but how they take it into account and apply it within their department. While we just finished up chapter two this morning, we’re excited to keep reading, learning, and applying this book to our team.
