Rosie Graves, long-time employee - now President and Owner of Redeemers Group

Redeemers Group is proud to announce that Rosie Graves has elevated to President and Ownership in the company.  Rosie has truly blazed a trail for women in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Once a company characterized by uncontrolled growth, Redeemers Group has become a leader in the contracting industry, demonstrating strength, paced growth, and sustainability under Rosie’s guidance.  Her commitment to excellence has propelled Redeemers Group to Certified Evergreen status, a designation reserved only for elite and purpose driven companies.  Redeemers Group is one of only 28 Certified Evergreen companies and holds the distinction of being the only one in Tennessee.   

Adopting the Memphis mantra “Grit and Grind” has complimented Rosie’s philosophy on her journey as a leader and decision maker to Redefine what is possible for employees and customers.  She has spearheaded many initiatives that have led to numerous industry awards and her dedication to creating remarkable work experiences has led the company to become a perennial “Best Places to Work” honoree.  She is also the guiding force behind the LoveWell Initiative, a philanthropic endeavor to help the underserved in our community.  This includes a 5K Run/Walk benefitting Serenity Recovery Centers and the fight against the opioid epidemic.
