Looking to purchase a house with conventional foundation. Obvious foundation issues. Pulled up some flooring and found 4 support beams broken or not securely fastened to main support beam. One beam is supported by a 3.5"x 3.5" piece of fence post. I need an estimate to repair the foundation so we can see what repairing this fixer-upper will cost. I also want to know if there are other areas that need addressed.

We have water in the house that will not dry up. We have had plumbers out, septic tank checked, city checked water, General contractor, leak detection company. No one can determine where the water is coming from. It's in the hall and in the master closet mostly. It's getting worse. We have been trying to dry water for 4 weeks, but it's consistently developing. The insurance is also lost for who to call. The latest assumption is there is a drain pipe under the foundation causing the issue. Please help.
