"Every single person at this company has been an absolute delight. Our foundation was sinking on both sides of our house and with this being a nightmare situation they made it as smooth and easy as possible. The guy that came out and gave us an estimate Wes was so informative and put us at ease with all of the issues we were worrying about. We previously had a competitive company “Olshan” come take a look and even though the price they offered was a little cheaper, they could not TOUCH Redeemer group on the customer service and just the knowledge they had on the whole process. Once the crew arrived I knew this was the right choice. They were so open and transparent about every single thing they were doing and they even invited me to watch! One person who really stood out to me was Kenneth Jett. He let me know if I ever had any questions I could ask him and he even let me watch as he pressed the button on the equipment that put pressure on the house as it moved the bricks back together. Lastly they were incredibly polite and made sure my gate was locked and garage door was shut every time they left for the day. They even asked me what I would like them to do with the excess dirt that was dug up under my back porch and I am so very glad they asked as we have had flooding issues in our backyard because of it not being quite as level as it should be.
