Regina had us out about a year ago because she had flooding into her basement from the outside. She had some landscaping redone and thought it had been addressed with proper drainage, but water still got into her basement. At the time of the appointment a year ago the basement was finished and she did not like the idea of having to remove floors that she had just put down and redoing sheet rock. However, she just had some pipes burst with the recent snowstorm and it leaked from the upper floor down into the finished basement and caused lots of damage.
