Tim T. of Little Rock was experiencing settlement issues and searching for a reputable foundation repair contractor.  One of the effects of foundation settlement is garage lintel failure.  This causes sagging and exterior cracking above the garage.  Stair-step cracks in the brick can be a real eyesore, affecting curb appeal and property value.  After some research, Tim chose Redeemers Group as the foundation repair company for his home repair project.

One phase of the project is what you see in these Before and After photos.  The focus was on repairing the cracking above the garage.  Our Lintel Repair System uses our brick tying and brick stitching techniques.  This is done by using our Thor Helical Rods to tie the bricks back into the frame of the house, and stitch them back into the rest of the bricks. Then, our NexusPro is added and color matched, resulting in a seamless repair.
