Redeemers Group is Proud to be a Certified Evergreen Company

Redeemers Group is proud to announce that we are now a Certified Evergreen company!  Redeemers Group became certified on June 2, 2023 and joins a very exclusive club with some of the most storied and successful businesses.  These companies have undergone an extensive and rigorous assessment by Tugboat Institute, that measures commitment to excellence around values, practices, and people.  There are, in fact, only 28 Certified Evergreen companies in total, and Redeemers Group is the only one in Tennessee!

According to Tugboat Institute, Evergreen companies are the most important companies in our society today and are redefining success. For Evergreen companies, success is not based upon financing or high-valued exits, but, rather, upon how well they continue to achieve their Purpose, put their People First, and make a long-term positive impact in the world.  The Evergreen 7Ps are the defining characteristics of Evergreen Companies.  They are:
