At the back patio, the team drilled into the tall stairwell area and injected foam beneath the heavy concrete stairs to fill large voids, improve support, and achieve as much lift as the surrounding concrete safely allowed. The square-shaped crack did not become completely level because additional lifting began to affect nearby areas, so the crew stopped at the responsible point and explained the result to the homeowner.
