PolyLevel™ Foam Injection and Slab Jacking Restored a Smooth, Safe Walkway

To address the uneven concrete sidewalk without harming the tree, our team implemented a precision concrete leveling strategy using slab jacking and PolyLevel™ foam injection. We drilled small, targeted holes into each affected slab and used slab jacks to realign the most displaced sections. Then, high-density PolyLevel™ foam was injected beneath the remaining slabs to lift and stabilize them, creating a gradual, uniform slope instead of a dangerous ledge. The repair extended across approximately eight slabs, from the discolored section to the property line. To complete the project, we filled drill holes with crack repair material and sealed all joints and cracks using NexusPro™ joint sealant, ensuring long-term durability and protection against water intrusion.
