I had mold in my bathroom and on the walls behind the beds.  I tried adding a high volumn venitilation fan in the bath with no results.  A friend did a lot of research on the most effective way to control mold and found this company.  I knew that this friend was the type to do a complete consumer study before spending money on anything this expensive and involved, so I simply trusted his advice and I was right.  There is no mold problem whatsoever.  I also knew this would be the solution based on previous experience at my former home where we dug out the foundation shrubs, tarred the side of the house with a membrane, installed sump pumps, etc etc,  did it twice!  Still didnt solve the problem.  These guys have the answer.  It's a network and it works...simple but expensive. I left a message for the call representative, Angel, and she promptly returned my call in a timely manner. The service person Chris seemed to have been a very knowledgeable person and knew his job. He explained the work that was performed in such a manner that I could understand. He cleaned the outside grate, and he informed me that he had serviced the pump underneath the home.   

Prompt and professional service, the crew were very friendly and polite, they completed the work as contracted in less than 4 hours. We had 3 beams and 9 jacks installed. They were careful to protect our hardwood floors and cleaned after installation.

We live in a condominium complex with several sections of raised slabs in the sidewalks, 40+ And some were raised over a half inch. We had several serious trip/fall accidents. The repair team came right on time and amazed everyone with their speed, precision and professional demeanor. They sealed the joints after leveling and said goodbye. The whole operation was over in less than a day. They did great, and we have a 10 year Warranty !! I’d highly recommend them for anything in their range of services.

Mike expected to be a little late and called me to provide a heads up. As it turns out he arrived on time anyway. I was very impressed with drainage system Mike recommended.
