I am writing this note to let you know how much I appreciated the work Tory Day and Sam Smith did at my home. It was a real pleasure having them on my property. They were so professional and I feel they did an excellent job. After the work was completed you could definitely tell a difference in my kitchen and hall floor. If I have any other problems, I will definitely use Redeemers Group. I was most impressed with the young lady that answered the phone and set the work schedule up.

[Redeemers Group]solved a huge issue in our newly purchased home. The crawl space was dank and humid and this seeped into the home, creating an uncomfortable and unpleasant high humidity environment in the house. Redeemers came out, talked through the best solution for our home, and scheduled the service. When install came, they were super professional, hard working and on time. The finished product is outstanding and has lowered our in house humidity by almost 20%. Highly recommend this team and company!!!  

Did a great job explaining everything to me and was very accommodating to do a zoom meeting since I was states away. So friendly! Did a great job on the repair. Made ridiculously kind offer to shovel dirt from the backyard to the front to cover the foam if I could tell him where to get it. The fact that he was willing to go so far out of his way to do an exceptional job just blew me away! He did a great job communicating before he got there and after the repair was done. He sent me photos to make sure I was happy.

They addressed our issues in a very timely manner and were able to identify additional issues and address them right away. Very accommodating. Friendly and knowledgeable.

A few months ago, I had dug a hole beneath my foundation in pursuit of a plumbing issue I knew was near the edge of the foundation. In hindsight, I should have just busted up the concrete to expose the issue (which turned out to be a lot less of an issue than I'd imagined). Nevertheless, here was, with a hole beneath my house big enough for me to crawl inside, and I called Redeemers to get an opinion on refilling the hole in a manner that would restore integrity to the foundation and the earth beneath it. Mike came out and gave me his opinion, gratis. I don't know if he'd do that for everyone, but he was very cool and suggested a "pier." Ultimately, I decided to try a different tack, but he showed me how he'd do it and explained the benefits.I decided to go a different route that was a little more DIY friendly--I burned up the undisturbed earth surrounding the hole with mud-packed cinderblocks and filled the void with even more mud-packed cinderblocks to create complete displacement of any water. Nevertheless, I thought Mike was a cool guy and very friendly, and if my foundation cracks as a result of the way I went about it, I'll probably call Redeemers and ask for Mike.

Clint Cooper, I hope all is well with you and yours. I sat in one of your realtor continuing education presentations years ago. Since then, I've sent you a several new customers and will continue to do so.

Every interaction was pleasant and professional. Work was completed quickly and neatly. Explained everything well and answered all of questions thoroughly.

Marcus was a 10 out 0f 10! Dalton and J. R. were very informative, very descriptive and were able to answer my questions, even the same questions, very very wonderful! The project was wonderful! Especially after the rain now, the last coating, really makes the whole thing look great! It really stand up to rain and stuff, I'm very pleased with the outcome of it.

The whole Redeemers Group was impressive! They were so much more affordable than other groups offering the same thing. They also were so quick to get us on the calendar! Wade was amazing with his presentation showing us all our options as well as a detailed description of what they would be doing. Dalton and Randy were amazing and kind as they came to do the work.
