The installation crew was dedicated and friendly.

Two men were sent to Jonesboro to place piers under our porch and I’ve never seen such hard working, polite individuals. They even worked until almost 8 one night and cleaned up the yard when they left. I highly recommend them!

While it did take a bit of time for people from Redeemers to fit me in, I was entirely pleased with the experience both times they came. Both times Redeemers people came to my home, they were pleasant, they worked intensely, and answered all of my questions. The specialist was reliable and seemed to know their system very well.  I trusted that Redeemers could handle my problem. Clean up was excellent.  It can be messy but the place was ready for new Sheetrock and tile.  Of course I would recommend such a great company, with people who seem to care about your situation, and who know what they are doing!

The work crew showed up as scheduled, explained the repair process, asked if I had any questions, and then started the repair. They repaired all defects in the project area. They were professional and very friendly, and the finished repair looked excellent. I am very pleased. The repair took only 2 1/2 hours. 

The rain used to come into the basement and make the carpet wet about 3 feet out from the wall, but since the work has been completed it has not come back once.

What made us go with your company was Redeemer's Group's ability to provide flexible financing options. Competition was not willing to facilitate any financing options whatsoever. After the first visit and repair, the team acted with such professionalism, it was no question who I would use for my second repair.

"Most people never look at the crawlspace under their home, let alone crawl underneath. I was quite embarrassed as to the condition under my home. After signing my contract, the work was quickly scheduled. The project was scheduled to be completed in three days. That time frame was nearly impossible but the team of "two"- Mitchell and Kyle- worked tirelessly and completed the work in the three-day window. After totally encapsulating the crawlspace, they installed two dehumidifiers and chemically fogged the existing mold. After only two days, the crawlspace was perfectly dry. I am now proud of the underside of my home, even though most will never have a chance to see the improvement!"

We had lived with the problem (wet basement) for twenty years, ever since we built the house, but the work your team did stopped the problem totally!  We have not had one problem since the work has been finished.  Phillip and the team did an outstanding job, very courteous and knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with Joe Cook and his team. Joe knows his stuff, and I am very pleased with the work that was performed by his crew. 

I am happy with the service but I will have to wait until a heavy rain to see the outcome. Call Representative (Jasper) was very nice, thorough and professional. Phil (Sales Representative) was personable and offered a quick solution for my issue. Jason and his crew were professional, communicated extremely well and kept me updated on the progress.

Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and in a very timely manner. They cleaned up and disposed of everything from the demolition and left a clean, dry space...
