BobbiJo did a wonderful job of checking to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. Bo, Matt and Chad were wonderful. They interacted and did not make me feel like they were strangers in my home. They worked steady to accomplish the job as quickly as possible. Someone driving up to my home would never know they were here. They cleaned up everyday before they left. (I chose the company because...)I had a friend that used the company on his home. He recommended Redeemers as will I in the future for family and friends.

Philip, Brandon and Tony have done a very good job. They worked non-stop until the job was done. I could only get them to stop long enough to drink a glass of sweet tea. I would recommend these men for any job. My first call to Redeemers Group was handled with quick results. They were very polite and very helpfull. The office staff was very friendly and seemed really glad to help me with any problem that I had. Your salesperson was polite and explained any questions that I had about the company. Brendon, Tony and Philip worked very hard to make everything look good. They worked non stop from the time they got here until they left. I would recomand these men for any job. They did a great job on the clean up. There was not anything left in the floor when they left. They done a great job. I would recomend this company to anyone that has a problem with water seapage in or under the house. They know how and what to do to fix any water problem you may have with your home.

The installation crew was dedicated and friendly.

While it did take a bit of time for people from Redeemers to fit me in, I was entirely pleased with the experience both times they came. Both times Redeemers people came to my home, they were pleasant, they worked intensely, and answered all of my questions. The specialist was reliable and seemed to know their system very well.  I trusted that Redeemers could handle my problem. Clean up was excellent.  It can be messy but the place was ready for new Sheetrock and tile.  Of course I would recommend such a great company, with people who seem to care about your situation, and who know what they are doing!

The work crew showed up as scheduled, explained the repair process, asked if I had any questions, and then started the repair. They repaired all defects in the project area. They were professional and very friendly, and the finished repair looked excellent. I am very pleased. The repair took only 2 1/2 hours.

"Most people never look at the crawlspace under their home, let alone crawl underneath. I was quite embarrassed as to the condition under my home. There was decayed insulation material, chronic condensation produced on the HVAC duct work and mold, mold, mold! My experience with the team from Redeemer's Group of Memphis was great from the start. After signing my contract, the work was quickly scheduled. The project was scheduled to be completed in three days. That time frame was nearly impossible but the team of "two"- Mitchell and Kyle- worked tirelessly and completed the work in the three-day window. After totally encapsulating the crawlspace, they installed two dehumidifiers and chemically fogged the existing mold. After only two days, the crawlspace was perfectly dry. I am now proud of the underside of my home, even though most will never have a chance to see the improvement!"
