These guys were great! Their water abatement process was extensive, involved, complex and pretty fantastic! They made a huge mess and cleaned it up! Seriously! Job done and new flooring will go right over everything installed by Redeemers. No one will know anything ever happened! Can't wait 'til it rains!!! Hey! One quick edit! I don't want you to think your guys didn't clean up! They did! Better than most of my own crews! We didn't have to clean up anything!

The Customer Care Representative was very friendly and found the perfect time for my appointment.  The System Design Specialist was very informative about the process.  Texted and called ahead of time to remind and inform me of my appointment and exact time of arrival.  Felt good about my decision to purchase their service due to his positive info about the company.   The Installation Crew are great guys.   Texted and called to let me know time of arrival.   Explained very well the process and instructions of how long I needed to not park on concrete.  Driveway looked great and felt like they maybe did a little more extra than had been discussed.  They did a great job, moving everything back as I instructed.

As long as I deal with Dalton and Kenny, I will forever be a customer. Dalton is amazing! He is unbelievable! He has the patience for the Job. He will look at you in the eyes and let you tell him whatever and whatever his answer is, you know is the honest answer. You cannot find anybody who takes their work to heart and I want this passed along!

Extremely impressed with Shawn Carson. He clearly knew the product, the process. He was positive, sincere, straightforward, friendly, respectful. He answered all questions and gave me his contact information in case. A definite asset to your company. He earned my trust and confidence in your product and company. I'm normally a difficult sell and will not do business with people or companies I don't feel right about. The Installation Crew was very capable, friendly, polite. They took the time to answer questions. They went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the leveling of a couple of problem areas. They represented your company well. A good experience. No issues with the clean-up process. In fact, they left it neater than they found it by blowing leaves away from the carport, drive way and sidewalk (slightly beyond what was necessary to accomplish their work).  

The crew did an excellent job and explained things more in depth. They did very well with the clean-up process. I have referred Redeemers Group and probably will again.

Honestly, after calling around 10 other companies and being told they would not even come and look at our house, I saw a commercial and gave it one last shot and was told yes!  Best random decision I have made!  Customer Care had open communication and were very pleasant and professional! Shawn, Colter and Omar were THE BEST!!  They left no signs of even being here!  These guys are amazing! They communicated every step of the way. These guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!  We can walk on our floor without feeling like it is going to cave in!!! Anytime I hear someone needing work done......I'll be sure and yell from the rooftops!
