Redeemers Group did a great job. Our home had some serious foundation issues. Philip and team assured us that they were going to take care of our problems, and they did not waste any time getting started with the repairs. From end to end our house was leveled, and we now are able to close our bedroom doors and closet doors, which we hadn't been able to do in several years. We are very pleased with the work they performed on our home. When they were finished, everything was put back in place down to the shrubbery and the outside concrete. The team that worked on our home consisted of Philip, David and Sean. They were highly professional, courteous and hard working; and I highly recommend them.  

Angel is so good. She has helped me with everything through the project and deserves the biggest raise possible. She is an absolute asset to this company. Dalton and AJ were the kindest, sweetest, young men. We actually didn’t achieve the results we hoped we could, but I would refer anyone to them. They worked so hard.

I chose Redeemers Group because they are Veteran owned!!!  The Design Specialist was punctual and very informative.   Had great knowledge about the process and took the time to answer my questions. Awesome crew, on time and very thorough!!  Took the time to help me understand what they were doing and was careful not to damage anything. Thorough and methodical.  They kept the area cleaned as they went and worked hard not to get anything in my pool. 

I actually called on a day you were closed, Jan 2, 2017 but Susan called me back within minutes and scheduled the appointment. Nick was wonderful. I had so many questions and he patiently answered everyone. He made me feel like he had all the time in the world and truly wanted me to understand the problem and what needed to be done to fix. Nick Roberson is a great asset to your company.

Joe Cook was extremely friendly, polite, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was expecting a disaster with this project. I expected needing a carpet installer to have to retack the carpet and dust everywhere. When Joe was done, you couldn't even tell he had been here! I am making these comments as the renter of this property. I personally had contact with the scheduling and installation crew. My landlord/homeowner made the initial contact and discussed the plan with the salesperson. He speaks VERY highly of his experience with The Redeemer Group, so my comments are from what the homeowner expressed to me.

We decided with Redeemers Group to fix concrete that had shifted and settled around our pool. The PolyLevel system was the fastest way without the mess of replacing the concrete, it was just a better choice for repair. Our technician, Joe Cook, was professional and he is a very hard worker. He went out of his way to explain the PolyLevel system again to us. We are pleased with the results so far...

In the summer of 2012, we had our crawlspaces encapsulated. This was to help with the air quality in the home and to make the crawlspaces more easily maintainable. In fact, later that year and with the help of a good friend, we were able to replace the plumbing in a portion of the home. The crew and foremen were very courteous, knowledgeable, and responsible. They even allowed my 5 year old son to think he was a "helper." Overall, a great, wonderful experience. My crew consisted of David, Troy, Sean, Zack, TJ, Brandon, & Chris. Great work gentlemen! The 2 gentlemen, Otha and Raymond, did the installation and they were the BEST. Both were above the norm. Great employee's! Otha explained what he was doing. Called me out to advise me what he was doing as they moved to different parts of my front porch.

Every interaction I had with Redeemers Group was positive. From my initial phone call, to Jay Daugherty coming out and providing an estimate, to Kenneth Jett and his team's two full days at my house. Kenneth and his team were very professional and paid attention to detail. He welcomed my questions and provided me with responses. Several times he invited me to come outside and watch what his team was doing and walked me through the process. Spending thousands of dollars to firm up my home's foundation can be quite nerve wracking, but Kenneth and his team helped to ease any anxiety I was feeling.
