I mostly talked to Stephen and Christian. They seem like good guys. Took care of the process and I had no issues. Christian was great was there for almost four hours and using every type of measurement. He noticed things that none of the other companies noticed. Tom and Randy were great took care where they drilled the holes and made sure to fill the void not over fill them and were careful. Doors went to working again and the wall doesn’t move anymore. Clean up was fine and easy seemed easy with the poly jacking. Cleaned up the foam and filled the holes. I chose Redeemers Group because Yall seem like a good company instead of trying to make a few dollars and had a repair plan that actually worked. The repair plan sounded like the best option. Christian took the most time measuring the levels and elevations of the house. Christian also noticed some extra cracks that I didn’t catch nor the other three companies I had gotten their feedback from.

Dell was great! Even during the process he really helped me out! Dell was pretty diligent in making sure I was taken care of.  Brennan and Randy were fantastic when they got there and left the place basically spotless!

Simply great! Chet and the guys were so kind and nice.  I've never had that from a company before.  They told us everything that was being done.  If anyone ever has this type of problem, you will be highly recommended!

I’m well satisfied. The designer is effective in creating his plans to fit our immediate needs.  The crew was highly skilled, courteous men who worked great together! We are well pleased with the clean up process.

Wade was great and explained everything he saw to us with pictures to back it up. Cade and crew were great. They worked really hard to get it done and were very courteous and prompt.

I chose Redeemers Group because of the positive reviews.  Work crew arrived exactly when they said they would.  Very professional and thorough. Job was completed exactly as prescribed.

I am very pleased with Dalton and Randy coming to do the inside of my house and the outside of your foam in my flooring. They were very nice and they were so careful with how they did it! Thank you.

Let me just let you know about Les Jones' recent visit. Besides identifying that the sump pump needed some tightening to the exhaust pipe and correcting the problem. I mentioned that there was one place near where a seam existed in the vinyl liner that I had to wipe up some water from time to time. I had mentioned this problem on the previous service visit to a different agent. This time Les pulled off some tape in that area and identified that a piece should have been pulled upward. He made the correction. We had a torrential rain storm a couple of days before. I had never seen that much rainfall for such a long period. I went under the house the next day and there was not a drop in the place Les repaired. He was also such a pleasant and helpful representative for your company. This is someone that I hope you keep!

One of the nicest, most polite service personnel I've dealt with -- (Nolan Manson) a good hire. Above and beyond by removing a dead mouse as well.

The Appointment Center Representative called ahead to discuss the project and let me know what would occur during the appointment.  Then I had to reschedule due to a funeral and they were very accommodating to do so.  The System Design Specialist was very knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable with his plan to complete the work. My experience with the Installation Crew was fabulous!  They communicated with me the day before to coordinate time of arrival.  Head guy was very knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns prior to starting the work.  They completed the work in a timely manner and answered all of my questions afterwards.  Very easy and fabulous process.  I am SO happy with how my front porch now looks with my concrete pad raised to the proper height.  Everything was cleaned up and looked so nice after the work was completed! Redeemers Group was the only company who said they could do the work and raise my concrete front porch pad!  And they did a great job!!
