Dear Mr. Cooper, Thank you for taking the time to go over my concerns yesterday.  As you promised, your folks showed up yesterday, finished, and I believe we are all set.  After speaking with you I feel that the job must meet your high standards and thus I must trust your word.  As discussed, what I believe happed is that just too many minor problems that ordinarily would be considered part of the process finally reached a threshold leading to an overall perception that the job was not being handled appropriately. Please know that I interviewed several companies for this job and The Redeemers Group, by far, exceeded the expertise, professionalism, and qualifications of the others.  I believe it is fair to overlook the issues we talked through yesterday if you please take to heart some of the points we discussed and use them for performance improvement.  Presentation, especially in your line of work where the end product is not always visible to the lay customer like me, is 90% of the job. I would like to emphasize the outstanding professionalism of Bobbi and Phil.  These two individuals presented the Redeemers Group in the way I would want my company represented.  Because of Bobbi and Phil, plus your engagement with your customers when issues arise, I would not have considered using another company no do I wish I had.  I have no negative comments to make about the Redeemers Group and you will be the first I call when I need foundation and crawlspace expertise in the future. The job was completed to my satisfaction and despite some bumps, we made it through!  I hope you can use the feedback I provided. There is no rush to this, but I would like to have Phil back out to finish the estimate for our crawlspace project. Best regards,Eric R. 

Dear Mr. Cooper and Ms. Murry,   I wanted to follow up to my unsatisfactory email I sent a few weeks ago.  I want to thank you both for helping get our issues worked out appropriately and in a timely manner.   I also want to thank you for sending Nolan Manson to fix all of the problems.  Nolan was very thorough and professional and truly took interest in us and the job he was performing.  Nolan cared about the quality of work he was performing and was very thorough in the job he performed and in explaining to us what he did, how he did it, and why he did it.  Nolan went into the crawlspace with me and allowed me to inspect everything with him once he was complete.     I want you to know that Nolan is a valuable asset to your business, and we would be happy to refer our friends with any foundation or crawlspace issues to The Redeemers Group if we knew workers such as Nolan would be taking care of them.   Best regards,

The informational booklet was just exceptional. I felt like I had a pretty good handle on the situation just looking at it and it gives me a good reference tool. Wes Cordell was superb in his presentation. He laid things out logically, he was knowledgeable and answered all our questions, his speaking voice was clear (pleasant to listen to) and articulate, he was professional in every way, etc. I just can't say enough good things about him. His presentation and his professionalism went a long way towards instilling me with the confidence to make such a large investment in my house. I am a frugal person (my daughter once said the jaws of life couldn't open my wallet), so that is significant. Please thank Wes for me.

Everyone was very nice and professional. Spencer was very kind. He made it easy for me under the circumstance that I had. He came to me and went over things with me when I wasn't able to meet him. He went out his way and to me, that was exceptional customer service. The guys were great and professional, had great manners and was very patient with me when I couldn't get there on time, I think they are a great  asset to your Redeemers Group family. They hit everything nice and tidy. I couldn't ask for anything better for me. I most definitely would recommend this company.  

I am sooooooo pleased with my experience !!!!! i sent a message to the company . I also did an on-line opinion survey. I am VERY HAPPY with the sump pump placement and the installment.  The guys who came here were great. Phillip who did the electrical work was awesome . The guys that did the work to dig the trench under the house were awesome. My sump pump has been totally working its little heart out today. I wish I could have had it done 28 years ago. Thank you. Would like to give a shout out to Phillip King . He is an employee - electrician that came to my home in Little Rock. He was the NICEST person, did a great job on the electrical set-up , had great knowledge of the work desired and all in all was a great source of comfort for me. I have had a huge debacle since the 20th of December. The next door neighbors had a sewer main overflowing in their backyard. It flooded under my house. I ,because I am a very conscientious home-owner, deemed it necessary to have a sump pump installed for future disaster . Thank you Phillip King.

Chris Clement did a thorough job. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. 

I was overly excited and happy with the job Jed and his crew did, along with how Jed explained everything along the way! I was nervous at first but after speaking with Jed, I felt great! I want more work done and was happy that Jed was honest about what he may or may not to add on in the future. I can't express how happy I am and with how hard I believe the team worked to improve my foundation! 

Charlie is a great dude with an awesome personality! I am 64 years old and have never made an investment that made me feel like it was a real success until I decided to allow Redeemers Group to work in my crawlspace. My technician was patient with me, and explained everything clear and direct. Charlie took pictures and worked hard. I am  extremely happy with his services and wish to receive a visit from him on each of my yearly maintenance visits. I am also looking forward to him getting numbers written up for some additional work that he's proposed!

Ebay, Jose, and Rami did an excellent job explaining the next steps for repairing the foundation. They also double-checked the plans to ensure they are accurate. I would recommend this team to anyone. Wade effectively identified the issues and provided a cost-effective solution that fit my budget.  I chose Redeemers Group over another company because my mother had Redeemers Group to do some work for her. They did an excellent job for her.
