They communicated with us from start to finish, arrived on time and did the job quickly. We have no complaints! They evaluated the shifting that had occurred to our home and what had been done previously and made an affordable and reasonable recommendation. We spent about twice as much trying to fix the issue before we called them, with a company that had a "lifetime warranty." The work they did was of little help, and when they went out of business, we had no recourse.

Thanks Leon!  I wanted to thank you for the positive experience!  I had been dreading the whole thing, worried about what all would be wrong and worried that we’d be taken advantage of by being told we needed a bunch of stuff that we really didn’t. The company you work for has really developed an excellent system for showing the customer exactly why they need the repairs that are suggested. Please pass along my gratitude to whomever came up with that idea and the videos.  The rest of my gratitude I want to express for you. You took the time to listen to me, and didn’t treat me like I had no idea what I was talking about. While I don’t know hardly anything about building homes, foundations, etc., I do know my home and the things going on with it, and I could tell that you understood that. It’s frustrating as a woman because men think we have no idea what we’re talking about, but you never made me feel that way.  Also, I could tell that you are very knowledgeable about this stuff, and I was very impressed when you didnt make your mind up instantly about what needed to be done and instead finished your inspection and found out the real issues. It showed me that you weren’t there just to get in and get out, you really wanted to find the cause of our problems!  Also, the way you explained things even before the videos, was exemplary. he Redeemers Group were very professional and answered all of our questions. The first representative that came out to give an estimate was very thorough and explained everything to make us feel comfortable with knowing we had a professional company taking care of our foundation. Your company had done some work on my house for the previous owners so I wanted to be consistent. Also it was a critical job to my house and I wanted the best. You all have a good reputation.  Wade was great. To his credit we added more to the job, which I needed. While the job cost more than I expected everything he recommend I’m glad I had you install. Both crews were very good. Chet and the two crews that installed the peers worked extremely hard in adverse conditions (35 degrees some days and raining). It was some very hard work but he communicated very well to me. As the leader on the job I could tell his crew respected him because he worked right along side them.

Redeemers Group did a great job. Our home had some serious foundation issues. Philip and team assured us that they were going to take care of our problems, and they did not waste any time getting started with the repairs. From end to end our house was leveled, and we now are able to close our bedroom doors and closet doors, which we hadn't been able to do in several years. We are very pleased with the work they performed on our home. When they were finished, everything was put back in place down to the shrubbery and the outside concrete. The team that worked on our home consisted of Philip, David and Sean. They were highly professional, courteous and hard working; and I highly recommend them.
