It just felt right.  I saw their post on Facebook and researched the company.  Finding that my repair needs would be met with a guarantee I contacted them.  Andrew West came to see my project and recommended solutions for the repair.  He printed a 'Project Summary'.  It included: • the job details • a drawing of the repair area, • a list of products that would be used, • the steps of the repair, • cost options, • their warranty and a • Customer Consent form.   My questions were answered, my comments were discussed and I wasn't rushed to make a decision.  I was pleased with every point of the consultation.  

Such a pleasant installation! Brian and his crew, Jay, JT and Zay were such a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way; their communication was excellent. They did a wonderful job and left my basement clean! Certainly more than I expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Redeemers to anyone! Their workmanship, service and kindness was over and above all my expectations.

Kyle and Chet demonstrated a good work ethic and partnership working together. The explanation of daily goals and summary of the jobs completed was very organized and undertandable. The goals for the next day were gived verbally as well. Great job!

They were not overselling and provided referrals.  The Appointment Center Representative was very professional and thorough in the process.  The System Design Specialist answered my questions and explained everything as they went along.  The Installation Crew was very professional and quick.  I’m very pleased with clean up.

10 out of 10! System Design Specialist informed me well about the job.  The installation Crew were professional workers with great attitudes and attention to detail.  

Installation of drain was not done properly, but Service Tech Nolan Manson made repairs and the problem was corrected. I was informed the initial installer is no longer with the Redeemers Group so the problem I had should not be repeated. Nolan Manson was very professional and explained my problem was caused by a one foot section that was not finished properly. Thank you Nolan for making the repair to complete my installation and solve my water problem.
