Robert spent a lot of time examine the inside and outside of the home and presenting what services Redeemers Group provides for rectifying the problem areas. Jed and his crew were on time and he always explained what he was doing and when he’d be here to do it. Couldn’t tell they’d been here. Cleanup was super.

They gave us full disclosure of all options available to handle our high moisture/mold problem in crawlspace as well as total costs. Showed up as scheduled and work done in timely manner. Employees were courteous and professional. On the initial job, a drain and dehumidifier were istalled which needs yearly service. They came out one year after installation and serviced the dehumidifier as promised. 

Philip King, Rafael and Danny did a great job!!! We chose Redeemers Group because our system design specialist, Wes Cordell, took the time to sit down and explain everything to us. 

I was very impressed with every team member. Tyler Snider and Nolan Manson were great. I learned more about waterproofing than I’ve ever learned in my life! The team answered all of my questions and informed me of everything that was going on during the process.

Redeemers Group did an AMAZING job. Our home had some serious foundation issues…we literally had a huge ramp in the doorway between our living/dining room. David and his team assured us that they were going to take care of our problems, and they did not waste any time getting started with the repairs. I am just amazed that they were able to level our floors back out…I really thought there was no way this could ever be done! The team that worked on our home consisted of David, Raff and Zack. They were highly professional, courteous, hard- working and I highly recommend them.

My specialist, Nick Roberson, was very attentive. Good listener. Caring personality. The way Nick explained our house foundation problem was easy to understand.

The Redeemers Group construction team was on time, pleasant, worked hard, and completed the project a day earlier than promised. The Foundation repair was well done.
