I had so many questions and he patiently answered everyone. He made me feel like he had all the time in the world and truly wanted me to understand the problem and what needed to be done to fix. I want you to put down that he was fantastic, he took care of everything under there as far as I could tell because. I didn't go in there with him, but he was very polite he did a very good job and he was very respectful and I just want to make sure that he gets a good recommendation from his customer. I know that sometimes they are hard to keep so ya'll make sure you hang on to that one he was great. He was here a little early and called in advance to see if he could come early and he did a great job.

The Customer Care representative was very friendly and helpful.  The System Design Specialist was professional and friendly and informative. The Installation Crew was Hard working, professional, and did a great job. They left our property clean and neat. I chose Redeemers Group over another company because of the knowledge of their product and the total professionalism of the company.  I am very likely to recommend Redeemers Group.

Angel is so good. She has helped me with everything through the project and deserves the biggest raise possible. She is an absolute asset to this company. Dalton and AJ were the kindest, sweetest, young men. We actually didn’t achieve the results we hoped we could, but I would refer anyone to them. They worked so hard. 

There was no pressure selling. Also, loved the fact that you sent me information about the sales representative before he arrived. He also had all good things to say about the company. Plus, love the fact that  management came out to inspect everything after the crew left. Everything from start to finish was done very courteous and professional.

Wes, I just wanted to say thank you for the professionalism and good service provided by you initially and the follow up Redeemers Group crew who were here installing the materials under our house the last two days. Robert and the guys with him were super efficient, neat, nice and professional. They explained everything to us and did a great job from what I can see looking into the space under the house. We also appreciate your service when you came to give a quote and explained everything so well to us.

Saw ad in Bass Pro insert regarding their grand opening. After meeting with Michael Rutter, whom was a pleasure, I was sold. (I would suggest a) better cleanup, (they) put paper down from the exterior door to the basement to avoid lots and lots of dirty shoe prints in the nicer parts of a home. They had to go back and forth to the truck a lot so quite a messy trail. Jason Autry and his crew, Josh, John and Zach were a delight to work with. They were helpful in every way. They just finished yesterday so I cannot yet comment on the quality or effectiveness of the work.
