The 2 gentlemen, Otha and Raymond, did the installation and they were the BEST. Both were above the norm. Great employee's! Otha explained what he was doing. Called me out to advise me what he was doing as they moved to different parts of my front porch.

Every interaction I had with Redeemers Group was positive. From my initial phone call, to Jay Daugherty coming out and providing an estimate, to Kenneth Jett and his team's two full days at my house. Kenneth and his team were very professional and paid attention to detail. He welcomed my questions and provided me with responses. Several times he invited me to come outside and watch what his team was doing and walked me through the process. Spending thousands of dollars to firm up my home's foundation can be quite nerve wracking, but Kenneth and his team helped to ease any anxiety I was feeling. It was a pleasure to work with Kenneth and his team and everyone at Redeemers Group.  

Very customer centric and accommodating. They are knowledgeable and thorough. The crew did great work.  Looks great. Very clean. I am very happy with the work performed.  I would recommend!

Stephen was great! He got my appt set up quickly.  And when I changed my mind about what I wanted, he took care of it easy peasy! Joe was nice, informative and easy to talk with! I explained my situation and what I was looking to achieve. He gave me options and the time to figure out what I wanted. Dalton and Randy we’re very very sweet and hard working! Considering the heat that they were having to work in, they did their job without complaint! I would most definitely recommend this company, especially for driveway repairs! This was such an easy process and more economical than poring a new driveway!

I chose Redeemers Group because they were easy to contact, with a good reputation. The Customer Care rep was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The System Design Specialist was professional and easy to work with and the installation crew eager to please. They did a very good job.

Excellent customer service and prompt.  Explained everything that was going to be done and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.  Brennan and Tyler were my crew, they did an excellent job.  Very efficient and professional.  I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality, professional product that is done on time.

Joe Cook was outstanding. Showed up exactly on time, explained what he was going to do then did it. Cleaned up the site and explained that if the repair required additional work that he would be happy to come out and adjust the job at no charge.

We have been in the home 2 years and when we planned to put the house on the market we knew we needed to get the driveway fixed. The driveway was uneven and became a trip hazard. We also knew that this issue would affect the appraisal of the home. So it was something we knew we needed to fix.  I called Redeemers Group because they could fix the section that needed fixed and not have to do any demolition. I found everyone to be friendly and they really cared about the property and the clean-up. They also had a high attention to detail. You could really tell that the crew is employed by redeemers group and not independent contractors. They really care about the jobs they complete.
