This is my second time to use Redeemers Group for this problem. The first one worked so well I went with them again. They are efficient and explained everything I needed to know before they left.

Fantastic. Redeemer filled all of the voids under the entire driveway - literally at least 1/3 ofthe driveway had zero support underneath it because the ground had washed away. Thewhole driveway is now level and all the cracks are repaired.

Very good job of repairing our driveway. Initially thought it wasn't repairable and was going to have to replace. Redeemer's saved us a bunch of money and really did a nice job fixing it up. They put a lot of detail into the work and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. This is a very professional company and I appreciate how they conduct their business.

Very thorough and not pushy. The Installation Crew was very friendly and courteous. As for clean-up the space was left spotless.

Only a portion of the problem could be addressed. However, I'm satisfied that your company was honest in the assessment. Although the major part could not be corrected, I would be happy to have Redeemers Group handle the minor parts.

Wes Cordell and Angel Malburg were outstanding. Wes Cordell was also patient, measured everything and did an excellent job of building trust and credibility. Philip King was amazing. His knowledge and expertise was outstanding. He found things that the previous owners had covered up and pointed them out to me. Very patience, great listener, and more importantly, he is an expert at his profession.

Chet and Robert were the most professional and hard workers I had ever met! Chet was the hardest working man I have ever seen. If I owned Redeemers Group I would make sure his team was paid above and beyond !! I will hire [Redeemers Group] again for anything!

Customer Care was very helpful, and it was easy to make an appointment. Marcus was very thorough and explaining our foundation concerns and gave us many options to improve things.  He was friendly and easy to understand.  The installation crew showed up on time and they explained thoroughly what they were going to do. They answered any questions that I had.  They were pleasant, friendly, and respectful.  They did an awesome job. The patio looks beautiful and everything looked great when they left.  I would definitely recommend group all the way around!

The System Design Specialist was a 10 out of 10.  He explained everything in layman’s terms. As for the Installation Crew, they were the best. Courteous and friendly.

Joe Cook was extremely friendly, polite, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was expecting a disaster with this project. I expected needing a carpet installer to have to retack the carpet and dust everywhere. When Joe was done, you couldn't even tell he had been here! I am making these comments as the renter of this property. I personally had contact with the scheduling and installation crew. My landlord/homeowner made the initial contact and discussed the plan with the salesperson. He speaks VERY highly of his experience with The Redeemer Group, so my comments are from what the homeowner expressed to me.
