Concrete Pool Deck Cracks are No Problem for Local Concrete Repair Company in Adamsville TN!
This homeowner spent three summers staring at unsightly cracks all around his pool and patio. De finally drew the line once they started to spread up his patio stairs and up towards his house. He called Redeemers Group to come take a look. We quickly went to work sealing the cracks, and injecting poly foam into the voids that had formed beneath his concrete. This accomplished not only the leveling of his concrete slabs--eliminating dangerous tripping hazards-- but also prevented his concrete from shifting further and forming more cracks and un-levelness.
Crawl Space Foundation Repair in Michie, TN
Kendall M. of Michie, TN is a retired Army Ranger and Postmaster who has lived in his home for 19 years. He has noticed over the past few years that the floors in the back wing of the house are sagging and bouncy. He has also noticed cracks on the walls and every door frame. He wants a nice home to leave to his son and knows these foundation problems will only get worse with time. Crawl space repair specialist Wade went out to Michie to inspect Kendall’s home.  He found significant wood rot and broken joists in the crawlspace, especially in the bathroom area.  This is due to excess moisture and water intruding into the crawl space.  Wade designed a permanent solution for Kendall and the work was set to begin. Justin, our crawl space repair expert, was tasked with completing this project.  This was a daunting task because the house was old, and some odd additions were added to it over time.  Justin and crew began by removing all the old and rotted wood.  They replaced the main beam running through the house.  They also needed to replace some of the rim bands and joists. Finally, the subfloors in the affected areas were replaced. Kendall is thrilled with the results.  He knows that with this permanent solution, his home and its property value are secure.  He is confident that he is leaving his son a nice home with a solid foundation.  We at Redeemers Group are proud to have given Kendall the peace of mind that he deserves.
Settling Patio Restored for Local Pastor in Fulton, MS with PolyLevel® and NexusPro®
Brandon B. of Fulton, MS—a respected local pastor and school administrator—began noticing troubling signs around his home’s patio. Over time, the concrete had started settling away from the brick exterior, creating a growing gap and a long, unsightly crack. The damage not only threatened the patio’s structural integrity but also posed a safety hazard for his family. Concerned about worsening conditions, Brandon reached out to us for a professional assessment and solution he could trust. After a thorough inspection, we recommended a two-part concrete repair strategy using PolyLevel® and NexusPro®. PolyLevel was used to lift and stabilize the sinking patio slab, ensuring a level surface that reconnects securely with the home’s brickwork. Once the lift was complete, we applied NexusPro, a long-lasting, flexible sealant, to repair the major crack running through the patio and to seal the joint where the concrete meets the home’s foundation. This not only restored the appearance but also protected the patio from future moisture intrusion and soil erosion. We also discussed potential future improvements, including a lintel repair to address sagging brick above the garage or windows, as well as full two-part repairs for the driveway and sidewalk—ensuring the entire exterior remains safe and supported. Brandon chose to move forward with the patio repair first, which was completed successfully and paid for by check. If your concrete patio or walkways are showing signs of settling or cracking, contact us today for a free inspection and let our proven PolyLevel and NexusPro system bring your home back to level.
Foundation Settlement Repair and Push Pier Stabilization in Iuka, MS
Iuka, MS Home Had Worsening Foundation Cracks and Settlement Near the Lake Lee F. of Iuka, MS had previously trusted Redeemers Group for crawl space support work, and he called again when a new area of foundation settlement started getting worse. He had lived in the home for about 10 years and wanted long-term peace of mind because he planned to stay there permanently. The home had cracks along three foundation walls, with the worst damage in the back right corner where settlement and cracking had become more severe over the previous 90 days. Because the house was built near a lake and sat on a noticeable slope, the footing depth varied significantly around the home, creating more complex foundation repair conditions. 22 Push Piers Were Installed to Stabilize Three Sides of the Home Redeemers Group installed 22 push piers around both sides and the back wall of the home, stabilizing the areas with active settlement while leaving the front wall untouched. The crew completed 22 hand-dug pier locations around the perimeter and had to access several areas through the wooden wraparound deck on the right side of the house. Lee was aware of this ahead of time and approved the approach. Most pier locations pushed one to two pipe sections, while the backside and some side areas only required starter pipe. The crew achieved slight lift, improved the front door operation, and closed some of the existing cracks without creating new cracks. Why Push Pier Foundation Repair Was Important for Long-Term Stability This Iuka foundation repair project was important because the home showed signs of active movement, including worsening foundation cracks, settlement near the back corner, and soil conditions that changed around the sloped lot. Push piers helped transfer the home’s weight to more stable soil or load-bearing strata below the shifting surface soils, which is especially important for homes near lakes, slopes, and areas with soft clay soil. The crew reached stabilization pressures of approximately 3,500 to 4,000 PSI at all pier locations, providing a stronger foundation repair solution than cosmetic patching alone. For homeowners in Iuka, MS, foundation cracks, sticking doors, uneven settlement, and cracks that worsen over a short period of time are warning signs that the foundation should be inspected before repairs become more expensive. Schedule Foundation Repair in Iuka, MS If your Iuka, MS home has foundation cracks, sloping floors, sticking doors, settlement near a lake, or structural movement around the crawl space or perimeter walls, Redeemers Group can help. Schedule a foundation inspection today to find the cause of the problem and protect your home with a permanent repair plan.
Crawl Space Stabilization and Encapsulation in Iuka, MS
Sagging Kitchen Floors Caused by Crawl Space Moisture and Weakened Wood BLUF: This Iuka, MS crawl space repair project helped stabilize sagging kitchen floors, protect the home’s structure, and reduce the risk of future moisture-related damage. The out-of-state property owners contacted Redeemers Group after their tenants noticed the kitchen floors had started to sag. During the inspection, the crawl space floor was mostly dry, but heavy condensation above the ductwork and beneath the floor joists had contributed to weakened wood. The home also had a deteriorating rim band along the back side of the house, likely caused by rainwater splashing from the back deck area. Crawl Space Beam, Jack, Rim Band, and Encapsulation Solution To address the structural concerns, the crew installed a supplemental beam and crawl space support jacks to stabilize the affected floor system. The original beam and jack layout had to be adjusted because a load-bearing wall was sitting on top of the subfloor, so the crew focused on proper stabilization rather than forcing a lift. The rotted rim band was also replaced, and LumberKote was applied to all sides of the new rim band before installation to help protect the wood. Because the deck was bolted through the rim band and the siding had been affected, the homeowner was aware that siding replacement would be needed after the structural repair was complete. Why Crawl Space Encapsulation Helped Protect This Iuka Rental Property The crawl space encapsulation was completed to help control moisture, condensation, and future wood damage beneath the home. A sump pump and dehumidifier were installed near the crawl space entrance, with the dehumidifier directed toward the middle crawl space opening to improve dry air movement. The discharge line and IceGuard were routed beneath the back deck, and uneven dirt areas were smoothed out enough to improve the crawl space environment. This combination of structural stabilization, rim band replacement, wood protection, drainage, and crawl space moisture control helped the owners protect their rental property, improve conditions for their tenants, and preserve the home’s long-term resale value. If your floors are sagging, buckling, or uneven, the problem may be coming from moisture damage or weakened supports in your crawl space. Contact Redeemers Group today to schedule a crawl space inspection in Iuka, MS, or the surrounding area.
Foundation and Interior Slab Stabilization in Memphis, TN
Memphis Homeowner Needed Foundation Stabilization Before Flooring Repairs A homeowner in Memphis, TN needed his foundation and interior concrete slab stabilized before he could put his home back together. He reported a serious water leak from the kitchen, and by the time the inspection took place, the flooring had already been removed and the slab was exposed. The inspection found noticeable cracking, multiple voids beneath the slab, elevated baseboards in the repair area, and signs that the previous floating floor system had been resting on 2x4s. These conditions showed that the slab needed reliable support before new flooring could be installed. PolyLevel Slab Stabilization Helped Fill Voids and Support the Concrete The Redeemers Group crew stabilized the affected interior rooms using PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane foam designed to lift, fill voids, and stabilize concrete slabs with minimal disruption. The homeowner specifically wanted stabilization rather than a larger repair scope, so the crew focused on supporting the slab so the flooring project could move forward. PolyLevel was an important solution because it addressed the empty spaces under the concrete without requiring major demolition inside the home. Targeted Foundation Stabilization Protected the Home From Recurring Cracking The inspection also found a stair-step crack on the interior wall of the rear bedroom at the northeast corner of the home, along with a matching crack in the exterior veneer stone. The homeowner had repaired this area before, but the crack continued to open, which pointed to ongoing foundation movement rather than a cosmetic issue. Stabilizing the slab and addressing the affected foundation area helped create a stronger base for future repairs, reduced the risk of repeated cracking, and gave the homeowner confidence to restore the interior finishes. Call Redeemers Group for Foundation and Concrete Slab Stabilization in Memphis, TN If your Memphis, TN home has cracked walls, uneven floors, voids under a concrete slab, or recurring foundation damage, Redeemers Group can help identify the cause and recommend the right stabilization solution. Contact Redeemers Group today to schedule a foundation inspection and learn how PolyLevel slab stabilization or foundation pier systems can help protect your home.
Nasty, Flooding Basement Solved in Savannah TN!

Sagging Floors in Columbus, MS
In the midst of remodeling his home, Derek F. noticed that the floor was sagging towards the supplemental beam. The stairs were also slopping in the same direction. Derek gave Redeemers Group a call and were more than happy to help him with this issue. We were able to lift and stabilize the floors using our SmartJack® system. The SmartJack® system provides solid support for sagging and undersized beams, restoring stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space. Because of its design, the SmartJack® can be adjusted over time to provide additional straightening and leveling action if necessary. The SmartJack® is also compatible with a crawl space vapor barrier system, allowing you to address crawl space mold and humidity issues while repairing your structural issue. This system was able to stabilize Derek's issue and allowed him to continue remodeling his beautiful home.
Commercial Apartment Restoration: Solving Water Intrusion to Regain Rental Revenue
A commercial apartment complex was facing significant losses due to severe water intrusion that rendered several units un-rentable. The persistent moisture issues not only stalled vital repair work but also threatened the structural integrity of the buildings. With tenants unable to move in and income on hold, the property management team needed a reliable waterproofing solution to resolve the problem quickly and permanently. To tackle the issue, our team installed WaterGuard® drainage systems and BrightWall® panels in critical areas of both the main and back buildings. In the main structure, we worked through the bottom three apartments, where interior walls were already stripped to the studs, making installation efficient and minimally invasive. WaterGuard was placed along the front and right walls, channeling water directly to a newly installed sump pump located in the utility closet, which then discharged water safely outside. The back building received a similar system along the back wall, also featuring a dedicated sump pump system that ensures long-term protection against water damage. With these advanced waterproofing systems in place, the property owners are now able to proceed with interior renovations, confident that water intrusion is no longer a threat. The units are on track to be rented out again, restoring critical revenue flow. If your commercial property is suffering from water damage or uninhabitable conditions, contact us today for a tailored waterproofing solution that delivers results.
Major Crawlspace Rebuild in Columbus, MS: Restoring a Foreclosed Home for Rental Investment
Timothy G. of Columbus, MS is deeply invested—both financially and personally—in restoring a foreclosed property once occupied by a family member. With $50,000 of his retirement savings already committed, Timothy’s goal is to bring the home up to livable standards and rent it out to begin seeing a return. The house, which sits next to his aunt’s, was in severely compromised condition, especially throughout the front section where structural damage in the crawlspace had rendered parts of the home unsafe and inaccessible. The issues were extensive. The crawlspace along the front of the house was less than a foot deep, sloped forward due to rotting framework, and sat below grade—creating a perfect storm for moisture and wood deterioration. The back half of the home had seen some improvements, with newer framing in the bedrooms, a hallway closet, and one of the bathrooms. However, the guest bathroom and the entire front portion of the house were beyond saving. With flooring collapsed into an already shallow crawlspace, a full front-end reframe was the only viable solution. Due to limited access, an internal inspection of that area wasn't possible, but the signs of failure were clear and urgent. Timothy also expressed interest in having the area slightly graded once the floors are removed and reframed. While some assumptions were made based on floor leveling during reconstruction, grading may still be possible during demolition. In addition to structural repairs, he plans to move forward with full crawlspace encapsulation to preserve the new materials and prevent future moisture issues. With a clear vision for the property—including renovations to a trailer in the back—Timothy is on track to revitalize this neglected home and generate reliable rental income. Got a fixer-upper with hidden crawlspace issues? Let us help you restore it right. Contact us for expert structural repair and encapsulation solutions that protect your investment from the ground up.
