Cracked & Sinking Driveway Problem in Jackson, TN
Dianna S. of Jackson, TN noticed that her driveway had begun to sink and crack, especially on the front slab near the street and mailbox. In less than six months, the slab’s condition worsened, raising concerns about safety and potential vehicle damage. Having lived in California and Pittsburgh before settling in Tennessee, Dianna valued the independence and reliability of her home’s foundation. She wanted a lasting repair that not only addressed the immediate sinking concrete but also protected her property for the future.
Permanent Concrete Lifting & Sealing Solution

Finally, the entire surface was power washed and finished with SealantPro®, a protective coating that permanently bonds to the concrete, extending its life and keeping it looking new.
Why Our 3-Part Concrete Protection System Matters
By combining lifting, sealing, and protection, this comprehensive system not only repaired Dianna’s cracked and sinking driveway but also ensured long-lasting durability against future wear. This approach safeguarded her property, her vehicle, and her best friend’s vehicle from further damage, while also enhancing the curb appeal of her home. Clyde H. of Jackson, TN faced a major issue with his driveway. The top left corner slab had developed a deep crack and had sunk dramatically, leaving one side far lower than the opposite slab. This uneven surface not only created a trip hazard but also made the entire driveway look aged and neglected. Beyond this main concern, the rest of the driveway was showing signs of wear, with joints and cracks that left the surface vulnerable to further damage.
Our team stepped in with a proven 3-part Concrete Protection System designed to restore and protect the entire driveway. We began by lifting and leveling the sunken slab, addressing the customer’s biggest concern and eliminating the dangerous height difference between the sections. Next, we pressure washed the surface to prepare it for sealing, ensuring maximum durability and a refreshed appearance. Finally, we applied NexusPro joint sealant to all cracks and expansion joints, locking out moisture and preventing further deterioration. The result was a driveway that not only looked brand new but was also structurally sound and protected for years to come.
This project demonstrated why a comprehensive approach to concrete repair is essential. Simply patching the crack would not have addressed the underlying sinking problem or prevented future damage. By lifting, sealing, and protecting the entire surface, we ensured long-term stability and improved the overall curb appeal of the home. Clyde was thrilled with the results, noting how quickly the work was completed and how effectively the problem area was resolved.

Severely Sinking and Cracking Concrete Around the Pool
The concrete sidewalk surrounding the gunite pool at a childhood home in Ripley, MS had been sinking, cracking, and separating from the pool’s coping in a full 360-degree radius. Over time, soil settlement caused large sections of the deck to drop unevenly, creating safety hazards and threatening the integrity of the pool structure itself. Homeowner Dennis J. reached out hoping to save the pool before the damage became too severe.
Comprehensive Concrete Lifting and Structural Restoration
To restore the failing pool deck, our team completed a three-part Concrete Protection System designed specifically for sinking and separated concrete. We carefully lifted the entire perimeter of the deck, raising each section back to its correct elevation and reestablishing proper support against the pool coping. After lifting was complete, we pressure-washed and sealed the concrete to protect it from future wear. All joints and cracks were repaired using Nexus Pro for long-lasting flexibility and weather resistance, providing a complete structural and cosmetic restoration.
Long-Term Stability Through Proven Repair Methods
The combined power of concrete lifting, crack and joint sealing, and protective coating delivered a dramatic transformation. These proven methods not only restored a clean, level, and attractive pool deck, but also reinforced the long-term stability of the entire pool area. By addressing settlement at its source and sealing vulnerabilities, the project helped preserve a pool with deep personal value to the homeowner. Dennis was thrilled with the results, noting that the deck looked completely different when we were finished.

Cracked and Sinking Driveway Created a Trip Hazard
The homeowner needed driveway repair because several concrete slabs had cracked, started to sink, and created a growing trip hazard near the driveway apron. Their main concern was quality of life and safety. They worried that someone could trip and fall near the front of the property, and they also wanted to avoid potential issues if the city required the uneven concrete to be repaired. The project included the driveway, front walkway, front porch, and several sidewalk slabs that were affected by the settled concrete.
Polyurethane Concrete Lifting Stabilized and Leveled the Driveway
Redeemers Group completed a three-part concrete protection system on the driveway, front walkway, and front porch. Most of the work focused on stabilizing the concrete, but the two driveway slabs closest to the road had settled significantly and required polyurethane foam lifting. The crew used PolyLevel foam along with slab jacks to carefully lift those slabs back into position. Because the long joint connecting the settled slabs needed to be freed up, the team cut the joint and slowly raised the concrete until the slabs were level with the rest of the driveway. The nearby sidewalk slabs also had to be adjusted because lifting the driveway changed how those sections met the surrounding concrete.
Concrete Sealing and Joint Protection Helped Prevent Future Damage
After the concrete lifting was complete, the crew pressure washed the driveway, walkway, porch, and affected sidewalk areas before sealing the concrete. NexusPro joint sealant was applied to the joints and cracks, including the joints near the garage, the long joint toward the street, and the joint along the house. This step was important because open joints and cracks allow water to seep beneath the slabs, which can wash out soil, worsen settlement, and lead to more cracking over time. By combining concrete leveling, concrete stabilization, pressure washing, and joint sealing, the homeowner received a safer, cleaner, and longer-lasting repair instead of a full concrete replacement.
