This project involved a Memphis homeowner who had long struggled with moisture issues and failing insulation in his crawl space. He originally installed insulation himself years earlier, but ongoing moisture caused it to sag, fall, and become ineffective. The inspection found a wood moisture level of 17.5%, confirming that excess humidity had been impacting the structure and contributing to cold floors throughout the home.
