I sent an e-mail and within a very short time I received a phone call. Very polite and explained everything. I receive the literature almost overnight. Michael checked in with me to confirm our appointment and explained everything. (James) Terry called me when they left Memphis and told me their arrival time. They kept me informed of what they would finish on Monday and when they would return on Tuesday. All three men in the crew were very polite and thanked me for using Redeemer! The crew cleaned up everything and even closed the gates when they left. I had one estimate and when I was looking for a second opinion I saw your web page. The estimates were almost the same but I chose your company as your reviews were good and also the BBB only had one complaint and you resolved it. 

I’ve seen the work these guys do and it’s amazing how much better your basement/ crawl space becomes an extra dry clean place to use for storage and also keep the bugs and moisture out!

I called a competitor and they wouldn't even come out without a written Structural Engineer report stating the home was safe (it is) and Matt came out and WOWED us! Wes, I just wanted to say thank you for the professionalism and good service provided by you initially and the follow up Redeemers Group crew who were here installing the materials under our house the last two days. Robert and the guys with him were super efficient, neat, nice and professional. They explained everything to us and did a great job from what I can see looking into the space under the house. "Most people never look at the crawlspace under their home, let alone crawl underneath. I was quite embarrassed as to the condition under my home. There was decayed insulation material, chronic condensation produced on the HVAC duct work and mold, mold, mold! My experience with the team from Redeemer's Group of Memphis was great from the start. After signing my contract, the work was quickly scheduled. The project was scheduled to be completed in three days. That time frame was nearly impossible but the team of "two"- Mitchell and Kyle- worked tirelessly and completed the work in the three-day window. After totally encapsulating the crawlspace, they installed two dehumidifiers and chemically fogged the existing mold. After only two days, the crawlspace was perfectly dry. I am now proud of the underside of my home, even though most will never have a chance to see the improvement!"
