This project involved resolving long-term concrete settlement and extensive cracking on the northwest corner of a residential driveway in Rossville, TN. The homeowner, Bob P., wanted the issues corrected permanently, especially because this was their “forever home.” They disliked the appearance of the cracks and were concerned that a temporary DIY fix—such as store-bought caulking—would not stop the damage from spreading. Years of soil settlement had caused the slab near the garage corner to sink, creating a low spot where rainwater would routinely pool.
