The other group that I got a quote from only raised the concrete.  Marcus was very helpful in explaining the process.  Tyler and Brennan did a great job. They were very nice.  Everything was nice and clean.  Your team is very nice and helpful.

I got 3 estimates as recommended by Angi's list.......The other two were first to give a quote, but really tried to rush the sale.....Then your people showed up and actually offered more perks for less money because THAT is how your crew does every job (all perks inclusive).....My patio was lifted, cleaned, crack repaired and a protect sealer applied and now looks so nice again.........I am guessing the other companies knew they were not the best and tried to rush the sale, I don't fall for that style. .......Thank you Redeemers for being the best for less! Everyone from your company was super polite and very personable. Treated me like a old friend.....I would give a 10 to them all....But.... I want them all to keep trying hard, so I give them room to try improve by giving a 9.....It is a old habit !...... They were a super hard working and crew and kept at it from start to finish.

Very good job of repairing our driveway. Initially thought it wasn't repairable and was going to have to replace. Redeemer's saved us a bunch of money and really did a nice job fixing it up. They put a lot of detail into the work and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. This is a very professional company and I appreciate how they conduct their business.

The Appointment Center Representative. was very pleasant and professional. She scheduled us promptly and conveniently!  The System Design Specialist, Tom, was excellent and a pleasure to deal with! He was very knowledgeable and patient with us as he thoroughly explained all options to remedy our concrete problems! Tom was extremely helpful and just awesome! We would recommend him and Redeemers Group to others for concrete-leveling work. Installation Crew was a 10. These guys were terrific! They came a day early to avoid bad weather and worked so hard into the evening to finish up before the rains came. We appreciate their skill and work ethics! Customer Care was very helpful, and it was easy to make an appointment. Marcus was very thorough and explaining our foundation concerns and gave us many options to improve things.  He was friendly and easy to understand.  The installation crew showed up on time and they explained thoroughly what they were going to do. They answered any questions that I had.  They were pleasant, friendly, and respectful.  They did an awesome job. The patio looks beautiful and everything looked great when they left.  I would definitely recommend group all the way around!

The System Design Specialist was a 10 out of 10.  He explained everything in layman’s terms. As for the Installation Crew, they were the best. Courteous and friendly.

Stephen was great! He got my appt set up quickly.  And when I changed my mind about what I wanted, he took care of it easy peasy! Joe was nice, informative and easy to talk with! I explained my situation and what I was looking to achieve. He gave me options and the time to figure out what I wanted. Dalton and Randy we’re very very sweet and hard working! Considering the heat that they were having to work in, they did their job without complaint! I would most definitely recommend this company, especially for driveway repairs! This was such an easy process and more economical than poring a new driveway!

Excellent customer service and prompt.  Explained everything that was going to be done and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.  Brennan and Tyler were my crew, they did an excellent job.  Very efficient and professional.  I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality, professional product that is done on time.
