The Customer Care representative was very friendly and helpful.  The System Design Specialist was professional and friendly and informative. The Installation Crew was Hard working, professional, and did a great job. They left our property clean and neat. Leon and Robert were great.  They was very thorough, explained the deal good, made an install date and it was right on time. Dalton and J.R. did the install and they were real good, real thorough, showed me what they were doing and I'm real satisfied!

It just felt right.  I saw their post on Facebook and researched the company.  Finding that my repair needs would be met with a guarantee I contacted them.  Andrew West came to see my project and recommended solutions for the repair.  He printed a 'Project Summary'.  It included: • the job details • a drawing of the repair area, • a list of products that would be used, • the steps of the repair, • cost options, • their warranty and a • Customer Consent form.   My questions were answered, my comments were discussed and I wasn't rushed to make a decision.  I was pleased with every point of the consultation.  

I chose Redeemers Group because they answered all my questions. They were not overselling and provided referrals.  The Appointment Center Representative was very professional and thorough in the process.  The System Design Specialist answered my questions and explained everything as they went along.  The Installation Crew was very professional and quick.  I’m very pleased with clean up.

We contacted Redeemers Concrete about having the pool deck repaired after a section moved downward creating an uneven surface and possible tripping hazard. Redeemers made an appointment for reviewing the work required.Mark Cardona, a system design expert, called several days ahead of the scheduled appointment, confirming the date.Mark, was timely, is a great communicator, and making sure that we have a n understanding of the processes needed.It's wonderful to do business with a company that has great customer services and support.
