Kristie G. of Conway, AR was noticing that her garage wall was pulling away from the rest of the structure. She also noticed some cracking in an interior wall. These are classic signs of foundation settlement. While visiting the Conway Home Improvement Show, she met Redeemers Group and set an appointment for a free inspection. Our foundation expert Jim went to Conway to diagnose the problem. After explaining to Kristie what was causing these issues, he provided her with a permanent solution that she readily agreed to. Chet and crew used push piers to permanently stabilize the foundation. They were also able to lift it back into place to close all gaps that had formed. Kristie was relieved and quite impressed with the care that was taken with her home. That is what we at Redeemers Group call a remarkable experience and we are proud to have been able to provide that.
When Gerardo D. of Conway, AR reached out to Redeemers Group, his driveway had been showing signs of wear for years—most noticeably a one-inch concrete settlement in front of his garage. The sunken slab created both a visual eyesore and a potential hazard near the garage entry. At first, Gerardo was focused solely on repairing that specific section, but once we assessed the entire driveway and walkway, it became clear that multiple areas had shifted and settled over time.
Before our team stepped in, the driveway had several unlevel spots and cracks that not only affected curb appeal but also posed long-term structural risks. After learning that the entire surface could be lifted and leveled at a fraction of the cost of slab replacement, Gerardo opted to move forward with a two-part solution. Though uninterested in joint sealing or a three-part repair, he was committed to addressing all the uneven concrete and sealing the cracks. We explained that while we don’t install slab boards, our high-performance materials would provide a long-lasting result.
Once on-site, we injected PolyLevel™ beneath the sunken slabs, carefully lifting the concrete back to a safe and even position. The parking pad and garage entry were leveled to perfection, eliminating any trip hazards. Finally, NexusPro™ was applied to seal cracks and prevent future water intrusion. The transformation was striking—the once-settled and worn driveway was now smooth, secure, and renewed. If your concrete surfaces are uneven or cracking, contact Redeemers Group today and experience the before-and-after difference our expert team can deliver.

Evangeline C. of Tumbling Shoals, AR contacted us with multiple concerns about sinking concrete around her home, especially in the driveway, garage entry, and under the RV slab located in her shop. The primary issue was a large crack running down the center of the driveway, which not only created an eyesore but also raised concerns about safety and water pooling. Additionally, uneven concrete at the entryway near the dining room and kitchen, as well as slabs surrounding the garage, posed tripping hazards that needed immediate attention.
During our inspection, we determined that PolyLevel® foam injection would be the most effective solution to lift and stabilize the affected concrete areas. We recommended applying PolyLevel to the entryway slab, the garage threshold, and the adjacent slabs to eliminate trip hazards and restore even surfaces. NexusPro® crack sealant was proposed to treat visible cracks, particularly where the entry slab met the driveway. We also addressed Evangeline’s concern about water pooling—ensuring that the PolyLevel process would not worsen drainage issues and taking care to level the slabs in a way that would redirect water flow appropriately.
By strategically applying PolyLevel and NexusPro where needed, we were able to stabilize the RV slab, level the entry and garage slabs, and seal critical joints to prevent future water intrusion. Every effort was made to eliminate existing trip hazards and prevent new ones during the lifting process. With these improvements in place, Evangeline now has safer, more functional concrete surfaces throughout her property—and peace of mind knowing her home’s exterior is protected from further settlement and cracking.

Chelsea B. of Maumelle, AR reached out with serious concerns about trip hazards across her concrete driveway. Uneven slabs, deep cracks, and visible staining made the area not only an eyesore but also a danger zone—especially for their three-year-old son, who was unable to safely ride his bicycle. Understandably cautious and initially skeptical, the homeowners expressed concern over pricing expectations based on prior misinformation.
During the evaluation, we carefully reviewed the full scope of the issues: extensive surface pitting, unsightly staining, over 110 feet of cracking, and failed control joints. While the homeowners were originally hesitant—especially after being told similar work could be done DIY style—they came to understand the long-term value and durability our solution offered. We recommended PolyLevel® for precision lifting and leveling of the uneven concrete, paired with NexusPro™ to seal the extensive cracking and prevent water intrusion.
Ultimately, the couple chose to move forward with both solutions. The result was a safer, more visually appealing driveway that their son can now enjoy without worry.
