I went into my bedroom, the closet door never closed before, and I literally just closed it for the first time since we've been here over a month. So, great job. Joe was very thorough with explaining everything and even came back a second time to explain and clarify. I called 3 or 4 other companies, while they did quote cheaper prices, I wasn't convinced their solutions were a long time solution and I wasn't sure if they all had warranties. I felt the amount of time Joe gave me was a level of attention that other companies hadn't given me. Justin and Jose did the work and did a good job! There was a little confusion on the scope of work being done but it got sorted out quickly.

I just wanted to say that the guys that came to my house to do the work underneath were wonderful. They were absolutely excellent. They were very nice guys. And so, I wanted to let you know what a great group of guys you sent me, and I sppreciate that. I also wanted to make sure my neighbor gets credit for referring me. But again, thank you for sending those three guys. They were perfect; they were such gentlemen. They were under my house, and I could hear every word they said and they were just so nice and so respectful. Kudos to them. Give them a a big raise! Thank you!  

I teach customer service, and Redeemers Group is the best company by far that I have run across. They have the best customer service from the front end to the back end.

Our crawl space was an absolute wreck. We did an entire house renovation several years ago, but I've never seen a transformation like what Kyle, Chet, and Jake performed today when they encapsulated underneath my house. Not only does the work look impeccable, they even showed up 2 days early after finishing another job to get a jump on my project. They were on time, and worked the entire day. I don't think they even took a lunch break. The customer service was great too. Anytime I approached them with a question or request, they would take off their masks and lights, and I would tell them, "Man you don't have to do all that," they would respond with "No. It's ok. We always have time for the customer." They were extremely polite and informative about what was happening. This is a great company with great employees who care about the work they're doing. That is hard to find these days. If I ever need another service that they provide, I won't hesitate to hire Redeemers Group. It was definitely a 5 star experience. Thank You!

Everyone from the salesman to the workers were really great to deal with. Our home got moved up to an earlier appointment time due to our situation being much worse than previously thought by us. The workers were polite, worked hard, always early to arrive ahead of scheduled time, stuck with it until done. Absolutely would hire this company again!!! Customer service at the top level also. Other companies could learn a LOT from this company about customer service, type of employees to hire, quality of work done. They are simply put OUTSTANDING!!! I dont give rave reviews unless earned. They earned it hands down!! Thank God they are in business!

Thanks for sending Michael to our home regarding our foundation issue.  He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to our satisfaction.

Professionalism from start to finish. Caring and good listeners, and prompt (re:Cassi Conyers). Explained & no sales pressure (re:Michael Lurie). Derwin, James, and Noland worked hard! And knew what they where doing. They made sure everything was cleaned up in the work area. Derwin, the foreman on my job was a gentleman and a great listener...he worked hard and had his crew ready to get the job done. I would ask a question and he would explain in terms I could understand. Thanks to him and James & Nolan for job well done.

Neiko Wood did a fantastic job! He is knowledgeable and he explains things well. He is very thorough and he does the job right. I would highly recommend Redeemer’s Group because of Neiko’s excellence. I’ve worked with many contractors over the years who have done a great job, but Neiko stood out from the rest. He is outstanding. Give this man a raise and a promotion! Thanks so much.

Very pleased with this company. They capitalize on their customers making sure they have proper understanding and satisfaction. They also inform and educate you on the process of what’s being done to your house. I’m thankful for them. Special thanks to Dellwyn, the guy cares about the customer. Easy and convenient. The installation crew was fast and efficient with their work. They also educate you on what’s being done and how the project process works.

Simply great! Chet and the guys were so kind and nice.  I've never had that from a company before.  They told us everything that was being done.  If anyone ever has this type of problem, you will be highly recommended!
