Although Curtis and Darla initially considered a full encapsulation solution, they ultimately decided to move forward with just the jacks for now, leaving the possibility of encapsulation open for the future. Drainage Issues in Millington, TN
Kenneth B. and his family noticed that water would always stay long after the rain was gone. Their drainage system was failing and it was affecting their home's foundation. Kenneth gave Redeemers Group a call and we were able to come out to the property and provide a great solution to this issue. Redeeemers Group was able to come in and install our WaterGuard® basement waterproofing system. This system is an innovative interior perimeter drainage channel designed to effectively solve basement water problems. Unlike traditional French drains that are installed outside the foundation or alongside the footing, WaterGuard piping won't clog with silt or plant roots. In fact, the WaterGuard basement drainage system includes a 20-year warranty against clogs. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the TripleSafe or another sump pump. We also installed the SuperSump pump system which is specifically designed to handle the amount of water that a basement collects during heavy rains. It can pump 2220 gallons per hour at an 8-foot discharge head quietly and efficiently. Now, Kenneth and his family are able to enjoy their home without a flooded garage and driveway.

Germantown home with interior signs of humidity issues in the crawl space
This homeowner wasn’t concerned with the condition of the crawl space until the water and humidity issues began to affect the beautiful wood flooring in the downstairs on the home. They started to notice rippling in some places of the flooring. In others, the boards were expanding and contracting with the changes in dampness below them. One picture shows where boards started to come up altogether. Our inspector found that the crawl space needed to be fully encapsulated. The system included drainage matting, Cleanspace liner, a Sani Dry sump pump, and a dehumidifier. Click here to learn more about how all of these parts of the encapsulation system work together, and why they are all necessary. In the end, the homeowner was pleased that any water that would enter the crawl space would be diverted to the sump before it can cause problems, and the dehumidifier would keep the air conditioned in an appropriate manner. They were further pleased that as the system began working, and the flooring began to dry out from the underside, some of the aesthetic issues with the hardwood floors went away.
Should I Stay or Should I Go: Concrete Driveway Repair in Germantown, TN
Harry D. and his wife Ann of Germantown, TN built their house 43 years ago. They have been married for a little over 50 years and are well into their 80's.  It has become hard for Harry to move around the driveway because of the unevenness. They are entering the time in their lives when it’s time to think about downsizing and selling their home. They know that repairing the driveway will allow them to sell quickly and receive full value for the home.  This is the original driveway, and it is in great condition. Since their house is on the top of a hill, they included a retaining wall during the home’s construction, and their driveway comes up to the side of this wall. Ann has had anxieties about this getting worse. After a thorough inspection, we proposed a permanent solution for the driveway. Harry and Ann loved this and were excited to finally solve their issues.  Ann talked to our specialist for about an hour, telling him about all the work that Harry had poured into the house over the last 40+ years. Recalling when the home was built, they had appliances and wood that were being stolen, so Harry would sleep in the back of a station wagon for weeks with a gun to protect their investment. This has made it difficult for Harry to think about downsizing and letting the house go. Ann is ready to move on, but for Harry to make the move, the next place must be perfect. Our concrete crew, led by concrete expert Tommy, used our PolyLevelTM Concrete injection system to lift, level, and stabilize the driveway.  They also filled all cracks and joints with our NexusProTM crack and joint sealant.  This will keep water from penetrating beneath the concrete, causing soil erosion.  This concrete repair job has given Ann the peace of mind that she deserves.  She can be confident the driveway is stable and isn't going anywhere.  Harry can be sure, whether he decides to stay or go, that his driveway is safe.
Driveway and Pool Garage Restored in Germantown, TN with 2-Part Concrete Protection System
Michael H. of Germantown, TN—an orthopedic surgeon who understands the importance of stable, even surfaces—reached out to us for help with his concrete driveway and pool garage area. Several joints and cracks were forming, and one section of the driveway in particular had begun to deteriorate significantly. Michael wanted a comprehensive solution that would protect his investment and restore the look and feel of his property. Our team recommended and applied our 2-Part Concrete Protection System (CPS), which includes the precision lifting power of PolyLevel® and the long-lasting sealant NexusPro®. This powerful combination allowed us to lift and stabilize sunken areas and seal joints and cracks across all the concrete surfaces. In the one heavily damaged spot on the driveway, we advised the customer up front that while NexusPro® would improve the appearance and function, the broken-up condition may limit the results—and he appreciated the honest expectation. Foundation Settlement in Munford, TN
Lucy S. had noticed cracked foundation and doors and windows that were not closing. Lucy tried to search for solutions to this problem, but nothing seemed to work. Redeemers Group was more than happy to help her and her family resolve this issue. To solve their foundation settlement issue, Redeemers Group installed slab piers and performed a lift procedure on the home. Piers can solve settlement problems by transferring a structure's weight to strong, competent supporting soils at greater depth. Piers can effectively stabilize a settling structure and can even provide jacking points to lift the structure upwards to its original, level position. Now, Lucy will be able to enjoy her home knowing that their foundation issues are repaired.
Basement Waterproofing for Military Homeowner in Munford, TN
Corey C. of Munford, TN, an active-duty military member, contacted us to address serious moisture issues in the basement located beneath his garage. After living in the home for a couple of years, Corey noticed that the space resembled a rainforest—damp, humid, and occasionally plagued by standing water. White fuzzy mold had begun to grow on the drywall near the staircase, raising health and structural concerns. With plans to transform the area into a functional cellar, Corey needed a lasting waterproofing solution. To eliminate moisture and reclaim the basement, we implemented a two-stage waterproofing system along the CMU block wall perimeter. A high-capacity sump pump was installed beneath the staircase, paired with a professional-grade dehumidifier to control humidity levels year-round. We lined the 8-foot-tall walls with CleanSpace® wall vapor barrier, creating a sealed, mold-resistant environment. As part of the installation, the original stairs were removed—something Corey had anticipated, as he plans to replace them with custom steel stairs that accommodate the new discharge line routing. Because the staircase begins at grade level, we designed the discharge line to exit above the stair platform and continue through the adjacent concrete sidewalk, extending just a few feet beyond it for optimal drainage. Corey’s proactive planning and our waterproofing expertise have set the stage for a complete basement transformation. If your basement feels more like a swamp than a storage space, contact us today to schedule a free waterproofing evaluation and reclaim your home’s potential.
Crawl Space Repair & Encapsulation Brings Comfort and Stability to Sardis, MS Home
Francisco S. and his family had just moved into their new home in Sardis, MS after relocating from Oxford when they began noticing subtle but concerning issues—uneven flooring near the front of the house and slight water intrusion toward the rear. Initially focused on getting a crawl space encapsulation, Francisco reached out to Redeemers Group for a quote. However, during our detailed inspection, we uncovered significant structural concerns: a rotted front rim band, crushed joists bearing on the sill plate, and a main beam not properly seated on its piers. These issues needed urgent attention before moisture control could be effectively addressed. Our team tackled the repair in phases, starting with the replacement of the damaged rim band along the front of the home. This involved accessing structural components through interior spaces like closets, the dining room, and the master bedroom. We then sistered approximately 375 feet of 2×10 joists to restore floor integrity and added three standalone support columns beneath the main beam to relieve pressure from compromised piers—stabilizing the foundation without attempting to lift. Thanks to generous headroom in the crawl space, much of the work was completed from underneath the home, minimizing interior disruption. With the structure secure, Francisco confidently moved forward with a full crawl space encapsulation system. This addition locked out moisture, improved air quality, and ensured the home is protected for years to come—supporting his family’s long-term plans in Sardis. Is your home showing signs of floor sag or crawl space moisture? Contact Redeemers Group for a free inspection and expert solutions in Sardis, MS and the greater North Mississippi region. Secure your home from the ground up—starting today.
