Moist Crawl Space in Brighton, TN
James N. had noticed that the crawl space in his home was moist and he was worried that the moisture would affect his home. Redeemers Group came in and offered James and his family a great solution to their crawl space issues. One of the main components of the crawl space solution included the installation of the SumerSump® sump pump and the CleanSpace®   System. Both of these systems are essential to keeping any basement or crawlspace dry. The SuperSump® pump system is specifically designed to handle the amount of water that a basement collects during heavy rains. It can pump 2220 gallons per hour at an 8-foot discharge head quietly and efficiently. The CleanSpace® System separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry.  With a 25-year warranty against rips and tears, this durable 20-milpoly-reinforced crawl space liner converts your crawl space into a usable storage area. And with its mold-resistant additive "UltraFresh", CleanSpace® will never support mildew or mold growth on its surface.
Sunroom Settlement Repair and Concrete Protection in Cordova, TN
A settling sunroom and failing concrete joints created structural concerns for a Cordova homeowner. Redeemers Group resolved the issue by stabilizing the compromised slab with precision lifting and protecting the surrounding concrete using long-lasting joint sealant, preventing further deterioration and preserving the home’s value. Sunroom Settlement Identified and Verified The homeowner in Cordova, TN reached out after noticing that the recently added sunroom at the back corner of the home appeared to be dropping. Visual inspection from the deck confirmed the issue, and interior zip-level readings showed the corner had settled approximately 0.4–0.6 inches. Although the original plan included installing helical piers for permanent foundation stabilization, the homeowner ultimately opted to focus on repairing the slab next to the sunroom instead. With limited access due to surrounding decks, fencing, and downspouts, careful planning was required to determine the best path forward. Targeted Concrete Lifting and Joint Protection Delivered The project shifted to a PolyLevel® repair, using high-density expanding foam to lift and re-support the slab beside the sunroom. This method allowed the team to restore the slab’s position with precision while avoiding invasive excavation. Even though cracks were present around the pool deck, the homeowner chose not to address them and instead prioritized protecting the driveway. Our crew sealed all driveway joints—along with key areas near the pool deck—with NexusPro®, ensuring those vulnerable seams were protected from water intrusion, soil washout, and seasonal movement. Long-Term Benefits of PolyLevel® and NexusPro® Methods By combining PolyLevel® stabilization with NexusPro® joint sealing, the repair delivered long-term durability and prevented further settling or cracking. These solutions cure quickly, support heavy loads, and extend the life of surrounding concrete, making them ideal for homeowners who want lasting results without major disruption. The completed project provided a more stable environment around the sunroom and strengthened the driveway’s resilience against future damage. If you’ve noticed uneven floors, sinking slabs, or widening concrete joints around your home, now is the time to act. Contact Redeemers Group today to schedule a professional evaluation and get proven, customized solutions that protect your property for years to come.
Foundation Restoration in Lakeland, TN
Stephen and Shelly C. of Lakeland, TN have been noticing drywall cracks inside the home for many years.  They also started to appear in the exterior brick outside.  This was a problem because they wanted to repaint and refresh the home now that their kids had moved out.  They knew that foundation settlement could be the issue, so they called Redeemers Group. Foundation specialist Cam went out to Lakeland to inspect the home.  He discovered what Stephen had suspected; the foundation was settling.  Cam was able to design a permanent solution for the home that would include our push pier system as well as our PolyLevelTM concrete injection system. Now, typically people think of the concrete poly injections as a solution for exterior concrete.  This is correct for the most part.  But PolyLevelTM is often used in conjunction with piers. Lifting a house back to its original position can leave voids in the soil beneath.  PolyLevelTM is used to backfill those voids to be sure that no other settlement issues arise.   Foundation expert Chet and his crew were tasked with completing this project.  They removed the landscaping to dig the holes.  This was tricky because there were irrigation lines running where they needed to dig. They were able to move these lines, install the piers, and get the irrigation set back into place.  Piers were placed around the front and the east side of the house, around to the back.  There was no way to get any heavy equipment to the back of the house without causing damage to the landscaping, so those holes were dug out by hand. After the piers were set and pressurized, it was time for concrete expert Dalton and his crew to backfill with the PolyLevelTM injection.  They used great care to insure minimal damage to the interior floors.  After these injections, the house was fully, and permanently stable.  Mr. and Mrs. C. are very pleased with the results. They can now carry on with their home updates without worry.  They even left a 5 star rating and glowing review of the process and the crew!
Uneven Sidewalks at Ripley, TN City Hall
Redeemers Group had the pleasure of helping Ripley City Hall with the uneven sidewalks that surround the building. Uneven sidewalks can make any building hazardous.  We installed the PolyLevel® system which uses high-density polyurethane expanding foam to raise settled concrete foundations and slabs. The state-of-the-art polymer injection is a fast-acting, affordable alternative to mudjacking and concrete slab replacement. Installers use specially-designed equipment to inject structural-grade polymer into penny-sized holes bored in the slab. After the void underneath the concrete slab is filled, the expanding foam will lift and level the slab. PolyLevel® is a quick-curing solution and the polymer is waterproof and will never wash away. We were more than happy to get this issue resolved for Ripley City Hall.
Sagging Floor Repair and Crawl Space Stabilization in Covington, TN
Uneven Floors and Termite Damage in a 1960s Home When Mary M. and her husband purchased their 1968 Covington, TN home, they quickly realized that many issues had been hidden during a flip. Over time, they noticed the floors becoming uneven, especially in their son’s bedroom where the floor gave way when walked across. As first-time homeowners planning to stay at least 10 years, they knew the problems would only get worse if left unaddressed. A closer crawl space inspection revealed severe termite damage to a main support beam, which was causing the sagging floors and threatening the long-term safety of the home. Sagging Floor Repair and Crawl Space Reinforcement To restore stability, our team replaced 10 feet of the rotted main beam supporting the load-bearing wall between the living and dining rooms. We also installed a 10-foot supplemental beam and two SmartJack® supports to permanently stabilize the floors in their son’s bedroom. In addition, a 12-foot floor joist was sistered to reinforce weakened wood, and the entire area was treated with LumberKote for added protection. The crawl space repair solutions available through Redeemers Group made it possible to complete the work efficiently, thanks to over two feet of clearance in the crawl space. Immediately after installation, the homeowners noticed a dramatic improvement—floors felt solid, level, and no longer sagged underfoot. Protecting the Home for the Future This project not only corrected the immediate structural issues but also safeguarded the family’s home for years to come. With a new baby on the way, Mary and her husband gained peace of mind knowing their home was safe and stable. We also recommended additional services to protect their investment, including chimney stabilization, a full crawl space encapsulation to control moisture, and future bathroom renovations to address hidden structural concerns. By choosing professional foundation repair, the homeowners ensured their property’s value, safety, and comfort for the future. If you’re in Covington or the greater Memphis area and notice sagging floors, bouncy joists, or termite damage, don’t wait for the problem to get worse. Schedule your free crawl space inspection today and let our experts design a lasting solution to protect your home and family.
PolyLEVEL of Walkway and Sidewalk in Collierville, TN
Shane, Courtney, and Buford took on this PolyLEVEL job for a front walkway in Collierville, TN! The homeowner, Gloria D., began to realize her front sidewalk and walkway leading to her house was not only settling but was also creating a trip hazard for her neighbors. She made the call to Redeemers Group, and we were able to give her a free inspection, deciding that her best option would be for a PolyLEVEL injection to be done! There was a walkway leading from the home’s front door, down to the sidewalk that had been installed by the town of Collierville. Shane’s team had to monitor many aspects of this project to fulfill a full lift.  One corner on the final slab had not settled as far down as the other three corners, so one member of the crew had to physically jump up and down on the slab to maintain the slab’s position. The crew went above and beyond to insure this home owner the perfect lift. The team also made sure any “blowout’ of the foam from under the slab did not seep into the home owner’s grass. Buford and Courtney diligently removed any of the excess foam. After all three slabs were lifted, the team completed a thorough clean up, complete with sweeping the sidewalk, removing any excess foam, and sanding the small holes that had to be drilled for the injections. The Redeemers were able to complete her project, leaving her sidewalk level once again, almost as if it was brand new!!
Historic Collierville Home Stabilized Without Damaging Original Hardwood Floors
Curt B. of Collierville, TN and his wife had lived in their charming 1920s home in the Collierville Historic District for three years when they began to notice subtle but concerning structural issues. The wall dividing their kitchen and coffee room showed signs of settlement, and the coffee room floor had become noticeably bouncy. Preserving the character and craftsmanship of the original hardwood flooring was a top priority, so Curt contacted us to explore options that would correct the underlying structural issues without disturbing the home's historical integrity. Our inspection revealed significant challenges. The area in question was difficult to access due to multiple tight crawlspace entries and ductwork congestion. Once we reached the affected zone, we discovered that the floor joists beneath the 5x10 coffee room were rotted and cracking. The main beam featured five boards—three of which were deteriorating—while the two exterior boards had been previously scabbed and remained intact. To avoid tearing through the antique flooring, we proposed a minimally invasive solution: sistering the two failing joists, installing two standalone supports on each side of the main beam, placing a 5-foot supplemental beam, and adding one SmartJack® under the coffee room for added stabilization. By reinforcing the existing structure from below, we were able to stabilize the coffee room floor and prevent further settlement—all without removing a single plank of the original 1920s hardwood. Curt and his wife can now enjoy their home with restored confidence, knowing the integrity of their historic space has been preserved. Plans are also underway to apply LumberKote® to the original portion of the home to protect against moisture and future deterioration in the crawlspace. Own a historic home with structural concerns? Pool Deck Concrete Stabilization in Collierville, TN
Why Was This Pool Deck Sinking? Homeowner Russel J. of Collierville, TN noticed his pool deck concrete was sinking and pulling away from the pool coping. This issue is common when soil beneath a pool deck shifts due to poor compaction, erosion, or seasonal moisture changes. A sinking pool deck is more than cosmetic—it creates trip hazards, drainage issues, and can lead to expensive structural damage around the pool if ignored. Russel needed a safe, permanent repair that would stabilize the slab without lifting it out of grade. How Does PolyLevel® Foam Fix a Sunken Pool Deck? Our team recommended PolyLevel® foam injection, a modern alternative to mudjacking for concrete leveling and stabilization. Unlike heavy cement-based mixes, PolyLevel® uses a lightweight, waterproof foam that expands beneath the slab to fill voids and permanently support the concrete. Because Russel requested no lift, the foam was applied only to stabilize the deck. To protect the pool coping, we also applied NexusPro® joint sealant. Unlike standard caulk, NexusPro® is UV-resistant, flexible, and designed to last years without cracking or peeling—keeping joints watertight and preventing future erosion. Why Are PolyLevel® and NexusPro® the Best Methods? This repair stabilized one side of Russel’s pool deck, sealed the coping joints, and prevented further settlement. By choosing PolyLevel® over mudjacking, Russel avoided adding weight to already unstable soils, while NexusPro® provided long-term sealing against water intrusion. These methods work especially well in Tennessee’s climate, where soil movement is common. If left untreated, a sinking pool deck can worsen over time, leading to water pooling, uneven slabs, and costly pool structure damage. Russel was very pleased with the results and gained peace of mind knowing his backyard is safe, stable, and attractive for years to come. If your pool deck is sinking, cracking, or pulling away from the pool, don’t wait for it to become a safety hazard. Contact us today for a free pool deck inspection in Collierville, Memphis, Germantown, and nearby areas. Sunken driveway at an Eads, TN home that is on the market to sell
We were called out to this Eads, Tennessee home that is being prepped to be put on the market. The realtor had told the homeowner that the sunken driveway was going to be a big detractor for interested buyers that would perceive that the entire circle driveway would have to be replaced. She estimated that buyers would devalue the home as much as $10,000 because of it. Therefore, it was a no brainer for the homeowner to have us lift the parts of the driveway that had sunken down.  There were multiple places that the driveway was sinking significantly. One challenge with this drive was the decorative brick spacers between each concrete slab. Our team leader was able to bring the concrete slabs back to level as shown in the photos. The homeowner did not ask us to level the decorative brick spacers. Concrete lifting is meant for concrete only, and not decorative brick. Interestingly enough, some areas of the brick also achieved lift back to level. The homeowner planned to remove the brick, pressure wash it, pack dirt down under it, and relay the brick to be level with the restored driveway. (This is why the decorative brick appears to be still sunken down in the photos).
Foundation Stabilization & SmartJack Installation in Eads, TN
John C. and his wife, long-time residents of Eads, TN, began noticing troubling signs of foundation settlement in their 1995-built home. Over the course of a year, subtle but progressive issues such as separation at crown molding and drywall cracking began to appear. Concerned about the worsening condition, they sought bids from multiple foundation repair companies, determined to resolve the issue before it escalated. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the home’s main support beam had been compromised due to sunken piers in the crawlspace, which offered only about two feet of clearance. Our team proposed a permanent solution involving the installation of four SmartJacks positioned on either side of the affected piers. Additionally, we reinforced a key support wall between the living room and kitchen by placing two more SmartJacks and installing a 10-foot supplemental beam to reestablish structural integrity. After discussing the differences between basic stabilization and lifting, the homeowners chose to move forward with an approach aimed at lifting and restoring their home's original alignment. To further protect their investment, the couple also opted to include a LumberKoat application to reinforce wood components and improve durability. They appreciated our thorough consultation and professional recommendation, ultimately selecting our team over three other competitors. If you’re seeing similar signs of foundation damage—like crown molding separation or cracked drywall—don’t wait for it to get worse. Contact us today to schedule your free inspection and secure your home’s stability for years to come.
