Foundation Stabilized and Property Value Saved in Batesville, MS
Josh B. of Batesville, MS was having foundation problems. He was noticing sagging floors in the living room and the kitchen.  This isn't the family’s forever home. They would like to build their next home in the future, but they need to get full value for this home when they do make that move.  He wants to fix the issues in the crawl space before they get worse.  Josh called Redeemers Group. Foundation repair specialist Dante went out to Batesville to perform an inspection.  He did find settlement in the living room and in the kitchen, but upon inspection of the crawl space, he found that the wood in the entire crawl space was extremely wet. The lowest moisture reading was at 19.7%. The highest was over 30% and that was in the living room area. There are 2 main beams that run down the hallway. From the kitchen wall, the 4th joist in between the hallway main beams was completely rotted.  In the master bathroom right under the toilet, the wood is also rotted.  Dante was able to design a permanent solution for these problems and Josh was ready to get it done. Foundation settlement expert Shawn and crew were tasked with this repair.  Their first mission was to get rid of all the old and rotted wood and replace the joists.  The wood that could be salvaged was joined with new, strong wood.  After that, the crew installed our SmartJacks™ crawl space support jacks. This permanently stabilized Josh’s foundation.  Finally, the crew applied our LumberKote™ wood sealant to all the wood in the crawl space.  This keeps the wood dry and protected. Josh was happy with the install.  His home was now permanently stable and his crawl space protected. When it is finally time to sell, he knows that his foundation will not bring down the value of his property.

Foundation Repair in Atoka, TN: SmartJack System Restores Structural Integrity
Foundation Settlement in Atoka, TN Caused Cracking and Floor Sagging In 2016, Carmen D. of Atoka, Tennessee, noticed serious signs of foundation settlement in her home. Cracks had begun to form in the drywall, and the floors were uneven in the back right corner. Though she couldn’t move forward with repairs at the time, the issue persisted over the years. As she prepared for major home improvements, including remodeling and roofing, Carmen knew she needed to address the foundation first. Our inspection revealed renewed settlement at the same corner and additional sagging beneath the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom—clear indicators of ongoing structural stress. Professional Foundation Repair Using Piers and SmartJack Support Systems Our inspection identified that the main beam running through the center of the home had begun to sag over failing piers. To correct this, Redeemers Group installed a series of foundation piers along the back right corner of the home to stabilize and gently lift the settled area. Under the central beam, we added SmartJack crawl space supports—adjustable steel columns engineered to transfer the load to stable soil layers. This system relieved pressure from the weakened piers and restored structural balance throughout the home. Carmen selected this targeted foundation repair solution for both effectiveness and cost efficiency. Long-Term Results from Proven Foundation Stabilization Methods By combining piering and SmartJack technology, our team reinforced the home’s weakest points and lifted key areas back to their original position. These foundation stabilization methods not only corrected visible settlement but also prevented future structural movement that could compromise walls, floors, and plumbing lines. Addressing foundation issues before remodeling protected Carmen’s investment and extended her home’s lifespan for years to come. If you live in Atoka or the greater Memphis area and notice cracks in your walls, uneven floors, or sticking doors, don’t wait until repairs become more costly. Contact Redeemers Group today for a free foundation inspection and learn how our SmartJack and pier systems can permanently stabilize your home.

Driveway Repair in Olive Branch, MS
Mr. Winston and his wife have worked hard for 32 years.  They have worked hard for everything they have, so for them, quality is paramount.  Mr. Winston thought that his concrete driveway may be too far gone for repair.  It was cracking and sinking, and he was prepared for the worst: a complete tear out and a new driveway.  He called on Redeemers Group and we sent Tyler out to inspect and assess the situation.  Mr. Winston was pleased to hear that his driveway could absolutely be saved, along with the thousands of dollars it would cost for a new drive way. Tyler explained how our PolyLevelTM Injection system worked and what could be done to save the driveway.  Mr. Winston eagerly scheduled the work to be done. It was now up to Tommy and crew to bring this driveway back to life.  Tommy knew that he would first need to stabilize the concrete slab.  This meant filling all voids underneath the concrete left by water intrusion.  Then he would need to lift and level the parts of the driveway that had sank.  PolyLevelTM is the go-to system for these problems.  Our PolyLevelTM foam is injected under the slab, filling all voids and lifting them back into proper position. After this was done, it was time for protection from future damage.  This is done by first, filling in all joints and cracks with our NexusProTM joint and crack sealant.  NexusProTM diverts the water and keeps it from getting beneath the concrete to erode the soil.  Finally, our SealantProTM was applied to the surface of the concrete, providing ultimate protection from the elements. All three of these products combined makes up our 3 Part Concrete Protection System, which comes with a 5 year warranty against future damage. Mr. Winston was amazed by the results.  His demand for quality was met and he was quite impressed.  He can rest assured that his driveway is stable and protected.  We at Redeemers Group take great pride in providing each customer with the remarkable experience they deserve.   If you are having trouble with your concrete, foundation, crawlspace or basement, call or click today for a free, no-obligation inspection.

Problem: Driveway Settlement and Washout Damage In Olive Branch, Mississippi, homeowner Scott S. faced a serious issue with his driveway sinking due to soil washout from a neighbor’s misdirected downspout. Basement Water Intrusion Repair with WaterGuard Drainage System
Water Intrusion Was Reaching the Laundry Room from the Exterior Wall A homeowner was referred to Redeemers Group after water intrusion from outside the home began affecting the laundry room and utility area. A plumbing contractor had already addressed the interior plumbing concern, but he recommended Redeemers Group because the remaining issue involved groundwater and wall seepage rather than a plumbing leak. During the inspection, staining and residue were visible near the exterior basement wall, showing where water had previously entered the space even though the area was dry at the time of the visit. Interior Basement Drainage and Sump Pump Installation Solved the Water Problem After evaluating the home, the crew determined that a WaterGuard interior drainage system was the right basement waterproofing solution for the slab portion of the home. The team jackhammered a trench along the affected area, prepared the space for drainage, installed WaterGuard, and added a sump pump to collect and move water away from the basement. Once the drainage system and pump were installed, the crew concreted the trench to restore the floor and complete the repair. Why WaterGuard Was Important for Long-Term Basement Waterproofing This project showed why basement water problems should be addressed with a drainage method designed for groundwater control, not just surface cleanup. WaterGuard helped capture water at the perimeter before it could spread across the slab or continue damaging the laundry and utility room area. By pairing the drainage system with a sump pump, Redeemers Group helped create a more reliable path for water to leave the home, reducing the risk of future basement leaks, moisture damage, staining, and crawl space humidity concerns. Call Redeemers Group for Basement Waterproofing and Crawl Space Moisture Solutions If water is coming through a basement wall, collecting near a slab, or leaving stains in a laundry room, utility room, or crawl space, Redeemers Group can help identify the source and recommend the right repair. Contact Redeemers Group today to schedule a basement waterproofing or crawl space moisture inspection for your home.
